This app is great for searching for a property for a buyer on the fly                 MLS Source

I searched Los Angeles and got three listings with open filters I suspect there are more than that     Junk Dont bother

App is okay Cant handle many continuous searches and closes on me sometimes But its not bad           Okay

Very misleading name Only covers bay area MLS Does not have any Northern Cal MLS listings metrolist crmls etc should rename to Central cal or Bay area MLS     Does not cover northern california

Maybe its me but I find times when it says no results when I know there are results I Check the parameters and cant find a conflict Cant find the clear all ad start over button either              Almost perfect

I liked the website and thought the app would be nice to have on my iPhone but got disappointed The app keeps looking for agent data and never actually makes it to the first screen Uninstalled     Doesnt work

Great tool for when you need details on a property you are on the go Would love them to clean up the search feature a bit so there is less back forth but overall very handy              Great for on the go

Thought Id give this another try and lo and behold it still bombs Looking up a property for a potential client I know its been 8 days on the market and I needed to get the LA Shows the property doesnt exist Seriously guys theres no room for a unreliable info tool in a sellers market where the one who is first informed gets their foot in the door first Couldnt log in at first Switched to an alternate device with wifi only and drove over to a Starbucks able to login then Was looking for an on the fly property status for a zillow contact Property doesnt exist yet zillow shows it available just not whether its active or pending Raced home to my laptop to look up the status and found was currently active This whole logging in with our dre and actual mls password is either a gimmick or a farce and quite suspicious     Proved useless in the field Unreliable

For agent searches Promlslistings is much more practical and useful than this app for Realtors When the app is shared the link opens Google Play on the Internet and not the Google Play App This makes the app impractical to download and therefore not a very shareable app Since I cannot share my branded app with clients I dont see much use for the app other than for personal use Again promlslistings works much better for agent searches     Not Useful for Sharing with Clients

Started using it but still lots of things that needs work and too many to list     AGENT

I love this app and I to had issues with the photos this past week after the update They not only have fixed them they have upgraded them to much larger photos as well better resolution The one week wait was well worth the result                 Photos Fixed and Better than ever

As a Realtor on the go I want to use this like I used to use our old MLS books But sadly it is not a replacement The filter system is awkward How the heck does one search by the MLS number When I click near me I expect to get an unfiltered search but that is not how it works it saves the previous filters           Awesome idea needs work

Ive had a good experience so far The map search tool is convent when on the road and its simple to share listings              Love It

I believe the app was created primarily to collect information It forces you to create an account or connect through Facebook before you can use it My search showed maybe 10 of the results I got from the mlslistings website And the find listings near me feature only showed multimillion dollar houses 30 or more miles away from my location The only thing it got right was to show my current location     Is this a joke

I use this app with success to gage the state of the market and observe the properties available in my preferred area The functionality is great and you can personalize it with saved searches I would recommend this app to any home buyers or investors              Great home search

Overall good app Helpful to be able to quickly pull up showing instructions and contact a listing agent or to textemail a property to a client on the run Problems are that searching street name or MLS number does not give consistent results Also wish they would show the full address doesnt show Ave Dr St etc           Pretty solid

This is an excellent app Only 4 stars because it needs more filters              San Jose Realtor

Sees to work well Could use some additional search filters needs walking score distance to schoolsetc              Good info limited area

App works very well on iPad Easy to use even on first try Im able to sign in with my MLS membership password and retrieve all of the pertinent agent only information This is a big help at Open Houses or while out with clients that wish to see an additional home that was not on our go see list Very easy to contact the listing agent for questionappointments I cant think of anything that needs to be added or improvedits all there Thank you                 Great app for MLS member agents

I like the way you can browse property after property and see photos in one frame and description of the property in another I also like the search options to narrow down to what you are looking for                 Excellent app

Ive been using this for quite a few months I do find it helpful but it only gets 45 stars due to frequent crashesforces closed              Appreciate the app but it crashes

Constantly loses my favorites and saved searches crashes consistently etc Very frustrating user experience     Virtually useless

I use Redfin on the go However need to see private showing remarks out in the field Only way to pull agent pages is if you are standing in from of the property and search near me     Search feature is worthless

This is a GREAT app It is better than any other one out there The most updated and accurate one also                 MLS app

Works for northern CA and lacks some features of other apps has search by city or selected area or MLS number but missing show in map area No days on market etc The save to favorites is great but REALLY needs to use iCloud to sync to iPad or wifes phone Occasionally crashes and always complains if data is 1 hr old house information doesnt change THAT fast           Meh

I cant get this app to ever show any listings with anything I use to search ie zip code city state or drawing an epically immense circle on the map Ill keep my Zillow app cuz this is a pathetic excuse for an app     Hate this app
