Mobile check deposit does not work and wont remember your login info The only thing this app is good for is checking your balance and recent activities        Not that great

The worst app to have The worst prepaid debit Visa card dont even try to get one     USELESS

Love the convenience Wish it used Touch ID Also wish it was Apple Pay compatible              Great App

I been waiting over a month to Get the 20 they baited me in to get this card and every time I call its these people who barley speak English making up excuses about why my money isnt there new lies every time I call I dont suggest you get with then very sketchy     This is a scam

TMobile Visa stopped answering their phone number printed on the back of the Visa card This is also the same number given on this app to call for help     No answer

Cant deposit checks It says I need to download the latest version of the application Theres no other versions available I dont have a clue what it wants           What

When I click deposit check it loads then says working then it says loading and its not giving me where I type the amount and take a picture of my check Its been weeks since its doing that     Loading problem

Since its prepaid they can only use their money and not put all their iTunes purchases on your phone bill No more 399 purchases all over my bills                 Great for Kids

This app has been a true blessing The money system and easiness of using tmobile as my bank has been nothing short of an outstanding experience All bills have been able to be paid and I am very happy with the ease of reloading my card at tmobile stores Took a while to get set up properly to log in but customer service was excellent                 Really grateful for this Enjoy it

The mobile check deposit does not work This app does not remember any login info so you need to put in your emailpassword every time Pretty much the only thing this app is good for is checking your balance App NEEDS much improvement before id recamend it           Ehh

Pros works great to manage your finances with tmobile you dont have to worry about fees and 000 in card fees The app allows you to pay bills send money to friends store multiple cards and swipe left and right to switch cards Transfer money mp to cards and have nicknames for each card too Can send you a text message alert daily or weekly Direct deposit faster than my bank account Cons the app You have to log into your account each time you want to check your account NEEDS FINGERPRINT RECOGNITION SECURITY Adding money to the Account is limited and going to Tmobile store can take over 15min to load a few bucks There is no APPLE PAY FUNCTIONALITY Loading money by check with the camera takes 10 DAYS Or Pay 5 dollars to get it right away I seriously hope TMOBILE GETS ON THE BALL WITH APPLE PAY AND ALL OF THE FEATURES DESCRIBED ABOVE        Needs much improvement

First off you cannot do electronic transfers except when you have more than one card Stupid Second Ive been trying to use this app all day to do check deposit and the app will not load Not worth the hassle I am disappointed because I was really wanting to use this card     Do not buy

This app is helpful to keep up to date with balance and charges But it needs a major update asap The options are limitless Start with a Remember user ability Also push notifications would be great I have direct deposit and would love to know when its deposited           Update

Cant even register the card It says I entered the captcha incorrectly when I havent     This app is absolute crap

So the app doesnt remember the password so its very difficult to use regularly Also really wish the TMobile Visa would support Apple Pay           App has some flaws

I called customer service to let them know my balance was being printed on the bottom of my receipt and I was told to process it as a credit card in that wouldnt happen I then went to the store and processed my card like a credit card it didnt matter it still printed     Wrong card

Let me start out by saying I am reviewing the app not the card or program which is great The app for me has several bugs It displays my wrong zip code even though customer service assures me the correct one is on file I cant deposit checks At first couldnt get past the loading screen when selecting the mobile check deposit button After removing and reinstalling the app I can get almost all the way through to where I get a confirmation but right after that I get an error message saying the deposit really didnt go through Calls to customer service resulted in something to the effect of Thanks for the feedback well forward it on to our tech support team This app needs a quick update to fix these bugs and while theyre at it they should add an option to stay signed in so I dont need to log in each time I try to use it     App Needs Work

I was expecting more from this Unfortunately I have been unable to log in Then once I reset my password my account was locked Waited 24 hours and the app always says loading but never logs me in Ill stay with my bank until Tmobile gets it together     Very bad

As loyal TMobile I was offered a prepaid debit card without fees Yet I was charged monthly service fees of 500 per month Also this app fails to register my debit card The system failed I lost my cash Where is the trust     Lost

After 4 calls to customer service they still had no idea why Mobile Check Deposit doesnt work Decided to use Bluebird from American Express instead     Great App Wish It Worked
