The battery while MobileTek tracking is on will be depleted within four five hours But this is normal for any app I keep location Services off with most all apps Enter any building which disconnects cellular and after exiting the building the MobileTek app won t reconnect on its own I have to turn it off and then after MobileTek reboots connection engages and dispatch confirmations are sent Early this morning and our company computers cannot connect with the MobileTek server Neither I nor any dispatchers can send and receive dispatches until a call is made to MobileTek personnel for resolve Nice user interface that is constantly asking for confirmation of too many requests I engage Too many number of taps and yes no type questions to move through every dispatch Scanning doesn t function But it does what the company wants every day and so it goes             They need to fix things Creator_Kurt

This app is so frustrating because it keep on freezing and will not let me scroll to see critical information for pick ups and deliveries I thought it was my phone so I bought a new iPhone 6s and the app still does the same thing I would not recommend this app until the bugs are worked out         POS App freezes Xtreme focus

The new upgraded app has been terrible it cuts off every 5 to 10 minutes     Mobletek CK'S iPad 2

They keep improving the app and making it very stable I can t remember it ever crashing on me Overall I m glad we are done with those big Motorola s and going strong with the app The customer service answer you in timely manner The only reason why I didn t give a 5 star is because the camera still cant self adjust the focus to scan large barcodes I still have to use those Bluetooth scanners but really its hassle free                 Better and better Allsmyk

I use this everyday for work The scanner does not work so every package needs to be done manually Bluetooth scanner can be purchased that will let it scan but you can t type until you turn if off each and every time It is also 2 devices that need to be carried around making deliveries that is a pain also How many hands do I have That makes the extra money spent to get a second device to scan with a waste of money I emailed MobileTek to see if there was a way to fix it on my end They never responded The tracking might work but eats up your data and your battery I pay for the data so that is a problem when trying to make money I just turn off tracking Great idea if they ever get it working on iPhone         Does not scan robert4friends

A lot of good aspects to this app Some of the main features work great when they actually work The app crashes after about 3 or 4 clicks especially when trying to depart packages Also the grouping feature does not work as it does with the web app Push notifications also are not working Could be a great app but for now it needs quite a bit of work     Crashes non stop CerebralUnit
