Helps my by reminding my to do my daily work outs and its easy to use                 Great side kick
I really like the idea behind this app but there are a couple of issues First you should be able to skip an exercise or swipe to another one if you cant complete the designated exercise at a particular point in time Also or alternatively you should be able to edit the list of completed exercises to delete the ones you werent actually able to do You should also be able to add or delete groups of exercises at one time rather than unchecking or checking each individual exercise The edit function in the exercises section doesnt seem to serve a purpose as far as I could tell           Its okay

This really good helps keep workouts from becoming boring My only wish is that it counted theexercises you did in a day and displayed them somewhere maybe next to the calories Even cooler if on the completed screen it could keep track of the total exercises you have done that would be very motivating              I wish it counted exercises per day

I accidentally hit the skip button twice and now I wont get an alert for atleast 2 days Thats the point of the app for me I really need the reminders Any suggestions on how to get a current reminder I dont want to not have one for 23 days Even tho I can open the app I just really like the reminder              Skip A Day Not 23
Please make it so you can turn it on and off for getting workouts versus having to tell it to skip a day Also a day by day schedule would be nice With college I have different chunks of times in the day different each day I can actually workout Every person should have this app since it quick and easy workouts and overall just helps one stay healthy without much effort                 Great app But needs some work
But Id really like the option to input other even if calories cant be calculated activities just in case I just came in from the gym or yard work and really cant do jumping jackslol           Good app
Recently Ive been trying to live a healthier life in every aspectnutrition fitnessactivity emotionally mentally etc I work full time at an office sitting behind a desk for 8 hours a day I have become well aware of how detrimental this can be to my physical self remaining so inactive on a constant basis So I was curious about how to get more active and stand up get moving more at work I just needed a way to remember to do so I got this app 2 days ago and am already LOVING itso simple and just what I need Every 30 minutes I got to select the time increment I get a reminder to Move so I stand up walk a lap around the office then go to a secluded hallway to complete the prompted exercise These exercises are simple enough that I can do them at work quickly without expending too much energy not like running a mile just simple things like wall sits crunches push ups and fun things like dancing and doing the Macarena Again I cannot say how much I love this app and how much it is already helping me I would highly recommend it                 Perfect for getting me more active in the office and in life

Im giving it 5 stars just for that Other apps I have to go to to do some kind of workout or give me just a reminder but this is fast easy and ACTIONABLE Adding exercise to my day is definitely my biggest challenge Who cant take 45 secs or 1min to do one simple thing The reminders are light hearted and vary so you dont ignor them so much and when you set frequency eg every 456090mins it tells you how many youll do a day so 45mins for the startend time I chose gave me 12 micro workouts about 15mins that gets me half way to my daily goal and starts a habit of moving to do more The only downside is the lack of instructions I dont exercise so I dont know what arm circles or full body squats are Needs a picture diagram or words to describe I just use it as a prompt to do SOMETHING that it reminds me of like just did ordinary squats or swung my arms in a circle which got the blood moving Found out later what I should have done with my arms Ad that to be a perfect app                 First exercise app that gets me to move

I like the idea of this program and purchased it I would like the opportunity to chose what I do and set I to remind me For instance I do 15 pushups every hour Or 20 situps every hour If u add this I will up my rating to a five           Good potential

I downloaded this app a few days ago and am soooo glad I did I love the huge variety of exercises the links to videos so I know how to do them and clicking the I did it button I really cant believe how much fun this makes exercise and it fits so easily into my schedule no matter if Im at school home or work Theres always an exercise I can fit in The 1minute ones are great I even got the beginner pack for my 70yearold mom This is a wonderful awesome app try it I promise it is actually fun                 So much fun Really

Ive always wanted an app like Spencer has on one episode of iCarly in which he randomly gets messages to do a random exercise This isnt randomly timed but its close enough to please me Love it so much just wish skipping a day wouldnt mess up the app I skipped last weekend and my app told me my next workout wouldnt be until December of 2015 Hopefully this is fixed soon Otherwise perfect No purchases are needed for the basic stuff but there are additional workouts and options available for those who would like to buy them              Love it
I like the app I like the concept Heres a few things I think could really take this app to the next level Dailyweekly summary with graphs and totals and full statistics instead of just a running list of what I did Big deal if youre an exercisefitness app when I ordered the upgrade there are redundancies in the exercises Also there are so many if someone only wants to do a select few its a pain to uncheck all of them Needs options for selectunselect a group of exercises Needs a social aspect Would be more interested if my friends could download and see each others activity today Compare who was more active burned more calories etc I would love to keep this app if some of these things are incorporated           Great But could use a few major things

Had it for only a couple of days but Im really liking it and believe it had some real potential to make a difference in my fitness Like the videos the customization the reminders and the built in timer Could quibble on the inability to remove incorrectly entered exercises from the log the timer is a bit odd and doesnt seem to take into account timing for each side BUT overall Im impressed and encouraged              This might actually work

I loved this app when I first bought it I even bought all the addons and set up some exercises of my own It worked great for several days and I was feeling good about my activity level and my purchase Then I had a few days where I was in meetings all day and couldnt follow the reminder schedule so I asked it to skip a couple of days I went back to it a several days later when I realized it hadnt started up again and discovered that it wasnt scheduled to resume for three weeks I know I didnt click the skip that many times Rather than ask it to skip a day you need to be able to just turn it off and back on again Or at the very least be able to undo those skipped days so it will work again I waited the three weeks and was eventually able to use it again but it repeated the same issue and I am now in a four week skip period which makes the app pretty useless If I delete it and reload I will loose all the customization I set up and it would probably just do the same thing again Please fix        Almost great but has a fatal flaw
It is a great idea but lacking You cant get to your accomplishment screen unless you hit I did it If you make a mistake you cant remove it from your daily list You cant state if you are a beginner intermediate or advance exerciser so the suggestions would vary in their intensity The how to videos are nice but a little slow However I will continue to use it in my office Its a super idea just needs a little finesse        Great idea could be better
I was using an app on my Mac to tell me when to take a break Then I wanted it to be able to give me a random exercise which it couldnt do Found Move and now i only use my mac to give me force 15 minute breaks every 90 minutes would love to be able to disable exercises and add my own Disabling would be great Also a way to see the log without having to add whatever the current exercise is of course I could just do the exercise that solves that problem 5 stars if i could disable exercises i know i can hit refresh but sometimes the ones i dont want to do or cant do in my office keep showing up              Great for breaks during the work day
I am really enjoying this app I am at my desk more or less six hours a day and I often forget to get up and move as often as I should I set my Move timer for 20 minutes and what a difference it makes in my day I do have a few suggestions to make the app even more functional 1 Please make an iPad compatible version 2 A change exercise feature would be great if the exercise that happened to populate wasnt an option for the moment Example if I am in my office and run through a meadow turns up it would be great to be able to request a different exercise for that session 3 Id like to see a skip an hour or other customized time slot in addition to the skip a day feature This would be helpful for meetings or other times when I dont want an alarm going off but need to keep my phone on 3 A more clear skip a day function would be helpful I would like to see a calendar type interface where you could select and deselect exactly which days youd like As it stands if you press the button more than once you are out of luck unless you reinstall which resets all of your preferences              Great app Could could use a few improvements

In general this app does what it says and gets you out of your chair at regular intervals which is GREAT Note to developer The option to remove an exercise from the list would be a great enhancement It is very easy to accidentally hit the I did it button and so it throws off the calories burned count It would also be great to look back at previous days individually maybe in a calendar style format instead of a list Other than that this app is great              Very good Could use a couple of modifications
I bought this because it seemed like a creative way to do miniworkouts throughout the day I love the concept However when I get to a workout and need to know what Im supposed to do and I click on the how it freezes up Its frustrating because it looks like a really cool app otherwise I will raise my rating if this gets fixed Like I said the concept is cool but the app doesnt work for me     Potential is there
I have fibro so doing long workouts like I used to is not possible right now But I have to move especially since I work at a desk all day This app has helped me get in mini workouts throughout the day which dont tire me out and I do feel better I like that you can choose which movements to do by unchecking the tougher ones pushups no thanks Would like to see the checklist display a grid instead of one long list or something a little more visual so I can see my progress quickly This app is perfect for desk bound folks and I appreciate that its not a full blown heavy duty workout calorie counter food tracking time you while you jog and measure your heart rate app Thank you              Great for kickstarting
