I recommend this app for anyone who sits most of the day like I do I read more and more about the negative effects on my health caused by periods of inactivity Move More reminds me to simply get up and walk for a couple of minutes It really helps I bought them for my family members Ms
Very useful app to help you be more active It is very easy to use and I like that you dont have to use any special equipment or wear special clothing I have heard all the bad effects of sitting too much Working in an office much of the week this helps me track how much I actually sit I use the reminder timer to help plan breaks and remember to take them Track Your Moves
Not clear on how to set alarms or use the app I had used the StandApp which I liked my only complaint with that app is there are not enough variety of times available This one appeared to let you pick your own but it is unclear Not impressed
Unable to use adjust the time Not intuitive Save your 1 Useless
Great app It showed me how much time Im spending sitting which was way too much So now Im trying to stand more while working or just move around more in general I especially like the graphs where you can compare days and the reminders are very handy Awesome
