Pretty silly to ask people to remember a 5 digit stop number or several for that matter Do we visit websites via IP address Would be much simpler to have an autocomplete list of all stop NAMES in the search field     Stop numbers

Does the same function as texting the bus stop just a fraction of a second faster Needs to use geolocation for closest bus stop trip planner with route maps favorite bus stops ability to reload pass potential for scanning phone on bus as ultimate in convenience Honestly google maps texting are more helpful than this app        Good startgreatly lacking

Why does it make noise Theres no way to shut it off either Should be able to save frequently used stop numbers and keypad should default to numbers since thats all you can put in           Room for improvement

I love this app it works especially when I get to the bus stops that dont have times posted I can just put in the code the app could haw improvements like being able to look up all bus stops                 Amazing

San Diego is a small village pretending to be a city This app is a shame It is the worst app I have ever seen 1 It would have taken 2 more minutes to include a history of the stops requested 2 You could have a link to the trip planner web site of to Google maps     Junk is kind

This app should include the bustrolley route numbers and maps And should have a trip planning function        No tables or maps

This is just texting You dont need an app for that A decent app would let you save stop numbers search by cross street route or trip Oh wait thats called Google Maps This is useless     Shows poor effort

I agree with the majority trying to memorize 5 or 6 different stop numbers just isnt easy You dont want to wait until you are at the stop until you enter the number First upgrade needs to be a way to save your favorite stops in the app Next would be to have downloadable maps with all the stop numbers then the ultimate upgrade would be to have GPS find stops near your current location Until then it is not a useful app but it definitely has lots of potential Please keep moving forward        Needs a lot of improvement

This is just a wrapper for the same functionality provided by text messaging but worseat least texts have a history of your frequent stop numbers The only use case is if youre paying per text message Developers Please take an extra few hours to add a history list or a day or two to add simple lookup by route and stop name Realtime maps would be great too as well as programmed reminders eg a set number of minutes before bus is duethe next bus is in 15 minutes The one after that is at 645     Save on texting coststhats all

Yes its nice to finally be able to get arrival times without spending 40 cents for the two text messages But the functionality here is extremely limited For example unlike with text messages there is no way to scroll back and see stop numbers youve used in the past Often Im not standing at the stop when I check arrival times Im at home or several blocks away and want to see when the bus is coming so I know when to leave I need to be able to see previously entered stop numbers and resubmit them Maybe a way to save frequently used stops complete with the location I suggest you also mention somewhere in the app even if only on the info page that you can append a space plus the route number youre interested in This is very helpful for stops with many lines Even better would be to have two text input areas in the app with the second one being the optional route number to make it less confusing for the average user           Very Very Basic

Agree with the other reviews If I needed to add one suggestion it would be for the app to go directly into a numeric pad like a tip app instead of the alpha keypad as it useless since all you can do is enter stop numbers Im very disappointed that MTS San Diego has such low standards for such a big city This looks as sloppy as a third world app Hope they come up with an update SOON        Mediocre app

Finally MTS came out with an iPhone app Needs some improvement you can only find out your bus time if you know your stop ID like a list of Stop IDs or the ability to use your current location or to input a location to find out the next time for the bus or trolley But it is a great start and that is why I give it 4 stars              Very Helpful
