What about every day life tickets Life is not all about games Cant buy regular tickets or monthly passes here Make something useful please Does not work

seems pretty useless for the most part and a 50 cent surcharge over a normal day pass with a compass card game day event day passes only

This thing is terrible 1 Does it even work as a daily app It wont let me just get a ticket and ride its requiring some sort of event or game for me to buy a trolley pass 2 It has an option for trip planning but it just pushes you to an online webpage that doesnt really do a very good job 3 It costs more than a paper ticket Not good I hope they will improve it soon Unuseable

I wish this app was for regular day trip tickets I hate using the compass card and thought this would be for all kinds of mts transportation But like it says only for game day trolley tickets If only rey could come up with an app that lets you have your compass cat through your phone It would avoid having to buy a monthly card somewhere That way I can for it on the go Game tickets only

This is great for special events but what about a regular trolley ride It worked great going to Rock Roll Marathon but for jury duty Im going to have to buy a paper ticket or Compass card Dislike Make it available for any time not just special events No day pass

This is the most ridiculous add anyone could have made It cant even do the basic function of buying a day pass Only allows you to use it for buying tickets to get to a padre game or Comicon WHAT IS THE POINT OF THIS APP Waste of an App

There should be an app for every day users of public transit Why just game days You fill the trolleys with people who have no courtesy for the people who NEED the trolley This is stupid

It is a really good idea but way ahead of San Diego transits time The first problem you cannot transfer to a bus its only good only on the trolly So if your like me who rides the bus to the trolly to the game you have to pay a bus fair on top of this The second problem is its 550 with the compass card its only 500 I can ride both the bus and trolly to the game where as Im Paying more for less service buying a devitalized pass Not there yet

For the most part everything opens in safari Map doesnt fit screen Lazy app Bad

What a jip 20 for a 5 day comic con pass but it only works for trolley rides What a rip off for those who need the bus to get to a trolley Its best to use the compass card instead Not worth the 20 I wasted Cheap service Trolley rides only

San Diego MTS comes up short again You could buy tickets for a few football games but now you cant buy anything with this app nothing Credit card readers are broken at some of the stops and there is no number to call to report those problems Whoever decided this course of action for this pilot YOURE FIRED A JOKE Cant buy any tickets

Why is this app so sad like it hurts my mind trying to fathom how sad this app is like whoever made this is sad needs to be banned from earth Your Sad

Yes its true it currently only works for trips to football games But it works PERFECT for that Recently used it at the 2013 Holiday Bowl Saved time and was super easy Now add main line use and everyone will use it Works Perfecy

Stupidstupidstupid I was thinking This is great This will make it much more convenient to ride Wrong MTS only allows you to buy tickets for specific dates when MTS states there is an Event occurring in San Diego Hey MTS You want to increase ridership for this taxpayer funded mass transit Make it easier for the riders to buy their tickets EVERYDAY This app had promise Too bad MTS finds it more important to force their Compass Cards on riders than provide access to transportation You can only buy tickets when the MTS declares there is an Event in San Diego

So I buy a two day pass for May 3031 for the Rock and Roll Marathon and once Im on the trolley I cant activate my ticket I notice my ticket which is supposed for the 3031 is doesnt become valid until the 31st Someone needs to make sure there arent mistakes like this when selling tickets A cop almost gave me a citation and I had to walk the rest of the way after getting off Youre better off buying a compass card and fare

For no discernible reason you can only buy roundtrip tickets for days where theres a game or event at Qualcomm Stadium No oneway tickets and no everyday usewhy exactly Arbitrarily limited

If you plan using it on buses as well dont buy the digital passes through the app Spend some dollars more and buy the card that will be accepted for buses as well Other than that I bought the 5day comic con pass and after the first 12 hours my ticket have expired and I had to call MTS twice in order to get it fixed Not valid for trolley

The app only allows you to buy tickets for football games You still need to use the ticket machine at other times Fail Fail Only good for game day tickets

Im in San Diego for the Holiday Bowl We need to get to Qualcomm Stadium for the game We heard from locals that traffic can be a nightmare getting to the stadium and recommended we go via trolley I looked up the relevant information online and found this suggested app Its easy peasy The app seems to do exactly what it said we needed to do But your trolley tickets digitally So it remains to be seen what happens when we get to the station I assume we will show them the tickets in the app and have no issues If I dont write again then it means we had a great experience Ill only add on to the comments if we had a bad experience from here or if something extraordinary worth mentioning happens This is a good app

Only works on games or events Horrible

Saw the complaints about only for games but thought no prob I am going to Padre game get in there and todays game is not listed 1st option is a week away Worthless

It costs more for an mticket day pass than for a paper pass but only works on the trolley Why would anyone do that Doesnt make economic sense

lives up to reputation of the San Diego system I was excited to see this app but guess what You can only buy trolley tickets for game days on it And they overcharge you fifty cents for those round trip tickets too just FYI Your transit system is awful no communication with customers when there are tech issues your employees are openly and verbally miserable you dont run late and now this silly app that helps maybe 20 of your customers Fix your system of operation You rely on more people year round than just comic con visitors and holiday tourists A joke

You can not even buy tickets from this app I guess its only used for comiccon mts passes Waste of time Terrible
