The app itself is good as long as you can navigate the screen Like others have said the iOS version of this app can end up putting the buttons too high on the screen up where the normal iOS information is like time battery strength signal strength etc I think I have figured out what s going on I have an iPhone 5S but when I go to the Settings page in the app it says it thinks I have an iPhone 6 Since the iPhone 6 has a bigger screen than the 5S that would explain why the screens are not rendered properly Unfortunately since this app has not been updated in years I doubt that this bug will be fixed Still I find this a very useful app                 Good app misaligned layout JonS99

With V1 7 the Done button conflicts with the upper Apple screen iOS8 3 and rarely works I have to punch it a lot or times before I either find the sweet spot or it finally responds All the buttons do not function smoothly but at least the larger ones tend to work I see on the App store that it is at V1 8 however I cannot get it to updated as the app store reports it is already downloaded V1 8 supposedly fixed user interface issues but I can t get to it That being said it s a good concept and if the buttons worked reliably I d be happy with it             Bad Button Design Can t update to 1 8 DrDryan

All the app does is pop up a Menu Retrieval Error window with a Reload button which then reloads the menu Retrieval Error popup ad infinitum nauseum Meanwhile I can see the actual menu items taunting me mercilessly with their unreachability just below the infinite loop of error popups     Can t get past error popup High standards

Works great most of the time Latest update gives me a menu retrieval error and the update prior to that overlaid screens on top of one another making the functionality unusable Haven t been able to submit claims through the app for at least two weeks Before the updates the app worked fine and the convenience was unbeatable and it was incredibly fast and easy to submit claims Guessing they don t test to make sure changes go in correctly which is just poor usability on the developers side             Mostly good but UX Design Unicorn

I was able to submit a claim which was pretty awesome but you would think that if the app could do something that sophisticated it should be able to have the regular website feed your updated info so that you don t have to go to login to the website I am disappointed I have used other flex plan apps that worked It can t be that difficult to create a good product         Does not update any of your info Ctl1805
