You need a back button If you select something wrong then you have to close the app and start over Once you select a city then your stuck with it If you live in one city and work in another then you can view both if they utilize this service Would be a great idea if it was more functional Looking at the version history it appears like someone is doing this app whenever they have time because it rarely has updates As is it s a tough sell to a Chief or Sheriff     Backing button Greg Cal

Had a similar experience to one of the other reviewers Tapped the wrong location and couldn t back up to correct the mistake Fix this soon please I ended up uninstalling then reinstalling to correct this situation not what I would consider user friendly Since this is the first thing a user would do with the app it wouldn t make a very good first impression as to the utility of the overall app     Needs a way to back out of the setup Tranquility Basics

I downloaded the app then while setting it up I touched the wrong town There is no escape You can t back out and pick another town You are now stuck with the wrong town it s all over delete the app Too bad So sad     No escape motorman105

I have install the app on different devices and both of my iPhone 6 devices are having issues The APP becomes unresponsive and will freeze and crash Sometimes it will load and then give me a subscription error to this department One phone I got a message clearly saying this app will may run slow         APP issues with iPhone 6 ArizonaEric

No problem setting up profile and contact with my local PD Pretty easy to use and review info Just installed it so I haven t had to report anything and hope I don t in the future so can t comment on that If you can t get connected to your local PD they might not be registered with My PD Might want to ask them to look into it                 Pretty handy gbryant

I tried to find a local police department but the app couldn t find one within 50 miles Only 2 in Michigan Just wanted me to set up an account Doesn t do anything     Not enough functionality EMCStoney

My police department says they are the third one in Illinois to be on this They come up as a selection choice but the app does not allow the selection says no department is available for the selection Just to see I tried all the other pd s in Illinois and I get the same pop up alert I have an Iphone 4 The My PD website is down so there is nobody to contact for help     Doesn t work katek1111

Upgrading to v3 makes app useless it shows local PD but can t select it from either list or map After full delete re install seemed ok         V3 upgrade requires re install to work ToborThe8Man

When version 3 came out the program became much less useful The latest tweets just gives a text summary but you can t do anything from the page in the app to get more info In the previous version I was able to tap the tweet and get linked to the full information Now I have to go to the department website and clock from there         New version is less useful Thornir
