Very dissatisfied with the Suntan City App you still have to stand inline and if the person in front of you wants the bed you selected online you guessed it they get the bed and you have to wait until another one comes open May I suggest adding a kiosk in the store for all the customers that signed in online to scan their Suntan City card and REALLY avoid the Tan Lines So much for Avoid Tan Lines
I am constantly having to delete this app and reinstall it at least five times now It constantly locks up on me and freezes right when I try to online checkin It does record at the store but it freezes constantly Hate this app
Everyone at the bristol va store is amazing Especially Amanda Always so nice and knowledgable about the products Would not go to any other salon Bristol VA
Horrible app Have never been able to get it to work Freezes The one time it didnt freeze showed free and I reserved Got to tan and the app never checked me in even though I got a receipt Has never worked
The app requires location to be turned on I know where your located why would you want to know where Im at Dumb Never had to wait in line for a bed without ever checking in online Waste
This app never has worked It always gets stuck loading pricing or the my sun tan city page Im a loyal customer but a frustrated one because I thought this would be cool to see my options and all that Also you can never check in to double dip Its just an app that sits there because my friends and I can never get it to work Whats the point if you cant even check in Very frustrating
This app is so easy to use and super convenient I love how Sun Tan City always makes my tanning experience so enjoyable The staff always knows just what I need to get the best results too Great App

When I first got this app it was awesome I checked in to my salon and didnt have to wait at all But after that first time the app freezes as soon as I select a bed making it impossible to check in leaving the app useless Great for like a day
Over all its a great and much needed app But there could be some improvements Such as a way to pay on your account by card and to see more details about your membership Hopefully on the next update there wi be more of these improvements Improvements needed
I absolutely love Sun Tan City in the Jackson location Staff is so sweet and helpful and its such a fun environment and I mean lets be honest everyone looks better with a tan PS the app is great and has always worked Great app It gives the number if you need to contact sun tan city to help with your account and can check in even when youre at home so the bed is all ready to go whenever you arrive TANTASTIC APP
Checking in doesnt help to avoid lines I have never gotten to skip ahead the line and still stand in line for 1020 minutes Definitely would help to have a queue so that customers know who is next Works fine But is pointless
The My Sun Tan City app is amazing After creating my account online I could open the app and easily find the closest location to tan What I love the most about this new tool is how much time it will save me Rather than waiting 30 minutes in the lobby I can check in on my app run my errands and then show up Also lets say the bed I wanted to use has a 30 minute wait but the Instant currently has no wait I can upgrade and place myself in the line too Love it and how easy it is to use Love it
This could be such a great app if it would ever work Like everyone else has commented it just freezes when you select a bed probably 9 out of 10 times you try to check in When it works its great Unfortunately it just never works Could be such a great app
Pre check in is a lie I always pre check in It will say 6 min wait I arrive within 5 mins and they tell me it will be a 10 min wait I ask why They said that someone walked in after I checked in and they have to give them the spot Tanner
It is ridiculous that this app will not work unless you release your location tracking info to STC I know where my salons are STC doesnt need to know where I am when Im not at one of their stores All I need to be able to do is checkin However if reviews are accurate that feature doesnt work anyway Sorry but the app gets deleted Why does STC need my location

This app would be great except it freezes after you select the bed you want to tan in youre better off using their mobile site if you want to check in before you get to your location Doesnt work
This app worked great at first then some change was made It started freezing when I select the bed Then one day it worked again Two days later back to the same thing I have contacted client services to assist with helping working this bug out Its very annoying And theres no way that its not working for everyone They are unwilling to work with me to help them I guess they dont want this problem fixed Worthless App
Fast and convenient mysuntancity
This app is great for checking in however it automatically chooses 2 minutes of tanning time It should have an option to choose the time you want to tan I use different beds all the time and no matter which I choose it sets me for 2 minutes Cant set a time
Im glad to read that others are having trouble It doesnt work Ive had this app since December I think Ive gotten it to work 3 or 4 times and Ive used it almost daily since then in the hopes that it will work It doesnt Doesnt work

After first downloading this app when it was released it worked great I was thrilled with the convenience of not having to stand in line just to wait another 45 minutes after scanning your finger BUT NOW this app does NOT work at all Freezes constantly and you cant check in which really makes the app useless Please fix this This is what made me continue my membership after being so frustrated with wait times Now I must seriously reconsider Simply does not work

I have had to uninstall the app a couple of times to get the updates but it was worth it The salon workers told me they have made a lot of improvements to make it work a lot faster and they have Now I can check in to tan without any trouble Really happy I have this app when my location is busy A lot of improvements

I love being able to repeat the same tan each time without having to go through every step because sometimes I cant remember what I did last Plus I love being able to reserve my spot in line before arriving and it speeds up the check in process when I arrive Easy to reserve your spot in line

I know where my local salon is if not I can google it Needs to be an option to just find a salon by city or zip code Right now you need to have geo location running all the time to be able to use this app which drains your battery so much No thank you Ill use the mobile website instead Cant use without geo location
