Honestlythis has real listings from the local MLS I easily connected to the closest real estate agent in the neighborhood I am looking to buy                 Best real estate app Ive seen

The headline says it all The developer should be punished and asked to actually use the app     Very poorly executed

The app is very helpful more search parameters will be appreciated Unfortunately I keep experiencing app crashes all the time              Nice but

First app Ive used that gives real info about listings topography zooming video tours Really fast and reponsive This will be priceless for driving around looking for my next investment                 Oh my goshReal listings

I have seen much better real estate apps out there Dont waste the space on your iPhone for this     Horrible Real Estate App

I have not been able to access this app The first time I tried to use it it locked up and has done nothing since Out it goes     locks up

Sent an email for help Will change my rating then M     Still waiting

Only problem i have found is there is no where to get agent codes for different areas and once you use one you cant put another in without deleting and re installing the app Otherwise a 5 star app              Very good MLS app

Works smoothly A major step forward having maps of locations and filtering in hand on the go I really like it and am using it Dont understand the negative comments at all                 Works very well Is very useful

I dont like having to refresh the map which seems to be the only way to get accurate listings More than half of the time touching a house icon will bring up a listing at another address No delineation between rental and purchase which makes it very frustrating I have had to reset my filter repeatedly The should be a save feature for the filter and choose rental or buy Ill just stick to using the MLS At least it works        Lots of bugs not worth the pain

While this could be an amazing app it has glitches I installed yesterday received the code from our realtor and it has crashed numerous times while looking at properties I have also noticed that sometimes when you open the property description based on the map location the description provided is for a different property It can also change from minute to minute I can open once and get the right description and a few minutes later I get something completely different I have refreshed closed and opened the app and still have the problem        Property descriptions dont match map location

This app is good when it works but sometimes it will show the wring house on a different address or freeze up when you try to see a house and crash Especially when the filter is used This app would be so much better because it does show you differed houses from different realtors and the pictures and map of the houses But it still has a long way to go before being perfect        Needs to be fixed

Im in the business and Im not seeing the errors many are complaining of as compared to live MLS data I agree please give us more search parameters but this app works BETTER than similar mobile solutions put out by our local MLS              Great app

A number of the Real Estate apps are far superior Of the options out there this is definitly at the bottom When the program works it has little functional value the other half of the time it is glitchy and locks up     A number of the Real Estate apps are far superior

This app is very limiting and the filtering options for price selection did not work at all Kept giving me the wrong price range There are other IDX home search apps out there that are far superior     Dont waste your time

I downloaded this from my Agents website and it works great love that I can call her right from the home search                 Works great in Vancouver WA

This worked perfectly for me in Las Vegas It could use a few more features but its free so for that price its very good              Works Very Well

Works well for what it is Too many people expect too much from apps Sure you could find out way more online from a computer but an app is an app and this one works well Map based home search is great If I see a home that looks interesting and my agent hasnt already sent it to me I email him directly from the app Who drives around with a laptop connected to the internet while looking for homes Nobody Use your phone for a preliminary screening while in the field then talk to your agent Wowtoo many of these reviewers expect too much Chill out and stop being so critical Its a good and app and works well                 Great app

Many homes details belong to other homes in different neighborhoods App crashes a lot when it resets incorrect homes appear to be corrected but who really knows for sure Some homes are displayed miles from their actual location to begin with this never seams to change regardless of how many crashes you endure Filtering the search should be easier and more accurate Would be nice to have more types of searches available rentals multi units vacant land etc Maybe they should check out some other aps and try again     Great Idea Poor Execution

Works well Has nice features that allows you to search in a particular area of the city Wish the filter wasnt so touchy and had more options available Its hard to set the max price of a house would be better using a keyboard And I would rate it higher if it included options such as lot size garage size type of housing age of property etc           Homes in AK

On iPhone 4 w iOS 42 it is crushing a lot the filter is poor and very hard to use If I want to see only 2 and 3 bedroom I cant because has option for 2 any Cant filter for type of residence Cant look for two car garage only     Crush a lot

This is great You can see all homes for sale on a map Sometimes I wonder how much is the house at the end of the street Not anymore                 homes for sale in Florida

I am looking at a number of locations where I may buy a house Arizona colorado South carolina New Mexico and Maine sure it works great where I am now but there is no way short of calling brokers or agents and begging for thier IDX number to get the thing to work beyong the location you are currently at I even called IDX and asked them for a code for the Tucson market and they would not give it to me You have to go thru an agent or brokerto me this is really lame they should have search function where a person could find agents who are willing to put their code out there so potential buyers canuse this thing beyond where they are at           needs Improvement

Why did you hide the agents contact information Before the agents phone number and email option was upfront and visible for all to see Now we need to click on the company logo to access this information The chances of someone figuring that out on their own are very slim Please change this back to the old option prior to this release        Great Program But

This app is miles ahead of all others The listings are actually up to date unlike zillow or trulia This has made my house hunting much smoother Thanks                 Best real estate app yet

Program works great and no bugs I have run into but seriously lacks a few basics 1 no way for a client to specifically look at a listing and send it Sure you can call or email your branded realtor right from the program however when emailing no attachment to the listing the customer is viewing Why not Clients should be able to send the listing they are interested in right out without typing a thing 2 if you click email and send or try to navigate back you must restart the program 3 no way to change what client is looking for Ie Single family lotland commercial etc 4 no tracking drive around and press refresh every time Doesnt make sense why your not allowed to track movement like google maps other home programs gps apps etc Again great concept update the execution please and you get my vote        Great idea Needs help on execution

It is okay but it needs more features 1 Need to be able to save filters 2 Needs to show status such as Active Pending and Backup status 3 Needs to show the date of listing or age 4 Needs to show price drops and price per sq ft 5 Needs to filter foreclosures I like the agent feature but how do I send him a list once I have flagged the properties I want to see           It is okay

This ap gives you the information on the spot about any home listed for sale on the market No problems to reset just need to access internetwifi Good luck in your search for a new home                 Must Need Ap Looking to Purchase A Home

I can see homes in any area by just moving the map around The pictures are clear and quick to load                 So fast and easy

Does what it promises found what Im looking for Would be nice to see a saved favorites addition              Reliable
