1 star is too generous When I first downloaded it several months back it was fine It worked as expected Now I can t load coupons to my card either with this app or online even though I m clearly signed in Contacted customer service and was ignored Big Y s loss I like Stop Shop better anyhow     Doesn t work TRMS_Rocks

Every time I launch the app to see what coupons are available it has logged me out No other grocery store app I use does this Big Y is closer to my home but I find myself driving the extra 10 minutes to Stop Shop because their app is easier to use and keeps my account logged in We are entering 2018 Big Y come on now     Frustrating smurphy3956

Like the app simple to use as an iPhone user would like to have support for the Apple wallet to add the big y card to use as a shortcut to select big y savings card at checkout without having to open the big y app                     New feature or support for iPhone users Big y app user

Not so great app Coupons are decent but all in all it s Very confusing to use and took forever to open in the grocery store I had coupons to use but when I got to the register the lady was unsure of how to scan the bar code on the app Deleted it because it s to much hassle and takes way to long I first got it I thought it was like the cartwheel app for target Click as you shop but as I was looking through it found out it was not It s very hard to navigate do not download unless you have all the time in the world Quite disappointed with the whole thing     Not for me gronkowski87lover

I relied on this app to plan my weekly shopping trip since I don t receive the flyer in the mail for some reason Since the last update I can t even get it to work     Horrible Tin stit

The previous version was fine i used it frequently and stop shops was crap by comparison Then it forced me to update I had to re enter my username password which i could not remember as it does not use email address unlike most accounts Had to use the forgot credentials options Got in and now it is so slow and freezes up Not worth using anymore I see users have been complaining since oct 20 2 weeks ago and the developer keeps blaming it on data Well from a user perspective who cares if its data or the app it worked fine until the update Big Y is gonna lose business until its fixed     New version is unusable Robert L from New York

I can log in initially then when I try to go to click to card offers it asks me to log in again and then just keeps going back to the alert that says you must log in or sign up but never lets me go to the click to card page     New update not working Lisaml58
