Im not receiving any credits earned so I email which is all you can do to find out whats wrong Im then told Im suspended and that they cant go into the details Ive never been suspended for any game or app but here I find myself in this position Ive since been suspended again for something beyond my control and they again tell me they cant tell me why I would not recommend this company dont waste your time Horrible customer support

I like the appyes you do get free money and stuff but my number one problem is that not all the apps are there I mean and most of the the things you do or you dont get anything from it or you finish it but it tells you you dont and they say that all you have to do is put you email but you put and than you have like a 1000 more things to do Not everything

This used to work fine until I upgraded to iOS9 Now all I get is an error message There was an error connecting to the server please try to refresh Hope there is a fix soon Currently broken on iOS 9
This is becoming a real nuisance I submit ticket after ticket for rewards I am not receiving Someone was supposed to be helping me with my requests Now it seems the apps and the offers I complete arent even in the drop down for tick submission This app and rewards work in tandem with the games I play on my phone and tablet and I use them to obtain items I normally would have to purchase it gets expensive been there done that I am incredibly frustrated with the customer service because they insist on telling me I have already received these rewards when I havent if I did I would not be submitting a ticket for help Please fix my account these free rewards are free and if I download and perform the necessary requirements to receive them I should be getting them please stop falsely advertising them if that isnt the case I need this fixed Rewards not received

There is a reason why this app has such aweful reviews DONT install it Everything on the webpage worked fine until with the exception of survey offers until I downloaded the app Now app install offers dont work at all other offers dont work half of the time and the app itself doesnt work at all Their customer is equally as bad Missing gold No problem Theyll reimburse you for MAYBE half of what youre owed and wont ever address the real problem youre having in my case app install offers Stay away from this app and use its competitor Supersonic Maybe if we all do that this will cease to exist and the other one will thrive 0 stars

The app has been giving me this error for days now App cant connect to the server
Its nice they offer you opportunities to earn free coins but try and collect them if it gets interrupted while trying to earn rewards I contacted them Showed them proof I had completed necessary steps and they very nicely told me they rewarded me my rewards but I never received them I write to them every day asking for my coins but I dont hear from anyone And there is no record in the track rewards tab that I had ever had an issue I guess I wont be using this app anymore Good luck with this app

I used to use tapjoy back when I played shadow fight 2 it worked sometimes and I thought maybe I could get MKX souls I downloaded signed in yes you must have an account to get rewards and looked at my apps The current state that tapjoy is in is terrible its slow barely any apps for returning users and it takes you into safari for absolutely no reason Unless they either get more apps or fix bugs and runtime its not worth your time SpenTurtle DONT TRY IT

If this app worked like they advertise it I would give it 5 stars Unfortunately the hoops you have to jump through in order to get your in game items are more often than not convoluted and ridiculous The only offers that seem to work are the game downloads Even then there are often hidden requirements not listed that prevent you from getting your reward Long story short Ive completed a ton of offers not gotten my reward contacted tap joy waited weeks to hear back and then been awarded with less than they told me I earned Frustrating ineffective tedious Tap Sad
