This is a well designed app only that I cant login using my fingerprint Hi The deposit feature is buggy I have an iPhone 5c that has a high resolution top quality camera build in There is just no way that the image quality is bad but the bank keeps rejecting some of my deposits due to low image quality Yesterday it even told me that the backside photo I took from my check was a different size than the front photo Thats impossible since it was the same check and I carefully alined each photo with the indicated boarders Also my wife had her deposit rechecked the other day as well Very bad programming We both are very frustrated with the deposit feature part of the app let me tell you Since the app is relatively new we can expect that they work out those problems soon For now 2 stars        No finger print login deposit feature flawed

Id say for a small community bank this app is great It has an easy to use clean look to it Nothing fancy and nothing too cheap I kind of dislike that the app opens up a menu of selections instead of account balances but thats pretty much my only complaint                 Overall Decent App

Ive been waiting for North Community Byline to add a mobile app and its finally here It works great deposits checks transfers balances etc with no problems                 Great app

I had high hopes for this app but Im disappointed It crashed twice while I was trying to make my first mobile deposit In addition the 2000 limit is inconvenient since I need to deposit a 3000 check Im not happy about the banks new name by the way Byline sounds sketchy How embarrassing        Crashed 2x During 1st Use

Obviously like many people we have been waiting for this app and if you have the right network connection hell even 3g is sufficient It works as an app should yes the pay someone section i had to set up online but it was a one time thing still great I would like fingerprint recognition for a sign in though that would be nice Thanks              So much Easier

I prefer local smaller banks but have gradually transferred most of my funds from NCB to larger chains that have fully functional apps Hoped this would be a blockbuster but I cant even log in despite using same credentials that work online Maybe because I use my business account as the portal but I dont have the time or patience to troubleshoot apps that fail out the gate Lack of fingerprint security is concerning as is mixed reports on effectiveness of photo check deposit My second choice bank apps have all these features and they work fine Deleted for now Will check reviews in 6 months to see if a second chance is warranted     Friendly local banks glitchy app

I use an iPhone 4 My use of the app is for simple tasks related to my checking account Havent experienced any glitches to date Successfully deposited first check today Had to do a couple retakes of the reverse side of check but my check was a bit crumpled from being in a pocket So happy to have this app Keep up the good work                 Great start

This app has been a God send Im managing my account as well as my parents account I can easily transfer funds without trying to get to the bank before closing time or trying to be there by the time they open                 Money Control

I can see my deposits and debits quickly All is needs it Touch ID verification for password to be even better With that its 5 stars for now just 4              Does exactly what I need

I can deposit checks efficiently On board and on top Love the gals at the bank but sometimes I dont have the time for it Works like a charm Check my balance too This is good                 Good appp

Installed the ap and deposited my check within 3 minutes whats not to like                 Online deposits work great

Please fix the check deposit feature It used to work but now distorts the check photos and takes way too long to process them        BROKEN CHECK DEPOSIT

After a long wait this seems like a good start I havent tried depositing a check yet but it seems to go to the camera and work The app is very neat and easy to follow The fonts are big enough to be read easily Hope that it stays this way                 Good start

If you cant get to the bank on time or through the drive thru its best to use this mobile app which you allow the camera to be used to capture front and back of checkthough I dont see that it was placed on my account activity yet as in going to the teller would show an immediate pending transaction on the website acct activity still waiting to see if it worksGreat idea for those not able to travel to bank personally           Pretty neat concept

Good enough app overall would be better with Touch ID But the check deposit function is completely broken on my iPhone 6 The front of the check scans fine but photographing the back of the check produces distorted images and the app complains that the check isnt the right size is cropped or is too far away I just spent 3 minutes taking picture after picture nothing useable        Check Deposit is broken

Apparently you have to be Annie Freaking Leibowitz to deposit a check by picture           Check by picture is crazy hard

I have tried to stay local to NCB for years even though I have been very frustrated with their lack of online and mobile resources I hoped this would change but the app is glitchy and still makes you go to the somewhat improved website to enter information such as to set up Pop money which didnt work I am disappointed to say that I just tried to deposit two checks with the app and had a terrible experience The app kept freezing and making me retake the photos even though all of the information was clear The frame you are supposed to center the check in is not accurate and there is cropping that happens so you cant tell how close or far from the check to take the photo When it works this poorly I worry about the overall quality and security of the app Launches are hard so hopefully it improves soon otherwise Ill finally be getting a Chase account     Mobile deposit doesnt work

Finally an app and its great Deposit works I check balances it shows locations and ATMs Theres bill pay and even a pay people option Its simple which is perfect super easy to use and gets the job done Love it Thank you                 Love it
