I just downloaded the app and started it saying loading for about a minute and then I get a message sayin The Request timed out I tried on iphone 5 IOS6 and Ipad IOS6 No help to get around this problem App Hangs

Definitely a good start but I am looking forward to future updates to include more information and a dashboard view of the efficiency data for the storage systems I love the ability to get at ataglance view of our companys open tickets A good start

Dont waste your time Usually it will not let you log in When you exit the app it just displays a white screen and you have to force close Junk
