Learning a new language is difficult but Babbel makes it fun and easy Ive tried Rosetta Stone and comparing pros and cons Babbel is worth it Babbel teaches you useful fundamentals right away Not to mention it is a FRACTION of the cost of Rosetta Stone Ive tried both Babbel is the way to go Dank u wel Babbel Easy fun and inexpensive
I compared the Dutch to the French versions of this app After deciding to learn Dutch I ordered a subscription and got started I was bummed to learn that the Dutch app is missing very important things that are included in the French app Things like grammar and usage are needed but not included in the Dutch app The Dutch app does teach many words but those words are useless if you dont learn how to make proper sentences I feel like its incomplete compared to the French app and at the same monthly cost Good thing Babbel has a 20 day money back guarantee Missing important features
I came across this online language course And so far Im loving it if you really wanna learn Dutch believe me you gonna love this App just give a try and practice the first lesson and you are gonna get hooked on it So far loving it
This app is great when it workshave had it for several months now and have had to contact the support center at many different times for help App crashes wont give access AFTER PAYMENT IS MADE gets stuck etc it really is a good app wish it had better support and less bugs Good learning tool but full of frustrating issues
Ive got lots of tools for learning Dutch I started with podcasts And I still think they are number one for learning to hearspeak a new language But Babbel is number two The combination of audio text photos repetition spelling and speech recognition is really great Unlike podcasts Babbel requires you to focus whenever you use it I upgraded to a paid account I use Babbel on the website and my iPhone but the iPad is my favorite interface The review feature is similar to Anki Its a good measure of whether you really know a word or not Please add more Dutch lessons Thanks for helping me learn Dutch Great learning tool
I have found this to be highly effective and engaging Fun even Ive only had it for a few weeks and Ive made remarkable progress Dutch is fun
Does not work on my iPhone 5s although it worked on my iphone5 Opens sometimes opens some classes but crashes as soon I open a new class ir try to review past ones Crashes all the time and does not work
Ive just started but Im really enjoying it The only requesting have is that I would like a place where I can go to look up the words Ive learned without having to go through the specific lesson again Also know it does cost money after the first lesson Like it a lot
As soon as I selected advanced learner in Dutch I was taken to an unreadable German menu German Dutch
Perfect if you want learn how to say hello and goodbye Other than that a complete waste Dont waste your time
105 would download again Just wow
I love using this app Love it
Simple and interactive Using it to prepare for my Dutch exam Great app
Good app for learning a language It reminds you to review from time to time The courses are good too Easy to use
Very interactive program Great
Great for down time or on the go The best Dutch learning app Ive come across Excellent app
This a quality piece of language learning software that combines flash cards with voice recognition You repeat a word in Dutch and you are scored on how well you pronounce it That is the game aspect my son enjoys The software also remembers the words you know and those that are more challenging jeurgdherberg for instance and it asks you to review the words The graphics are fantastic as though the app developer used real professional photographers but they are fun too I would suggest some screen in the app for metrics on progress in mastering the language Keep score and compare scores to others in other words The ability to have multiple accounts for one language on one device would also be nice My 7 year old and I pick up languages at a different pace Fun enough that my 7 year old thinks it is a game
Ive been studying Dutch for about a month now using the Babbel app as my core educational material I do 2 lessons a day one new and one review along with the Dutch in a month app and the Earworms app and I am so pleased with the quick progress I have made Ive never felt like I was particularly adept at learning languages but this has been a fun and rewarding process and Im looking forward to going to The Netherlands next month with this course of study under my belt My children ages 8 12 also use this app and we all feel that it is a relatively entertaining and manageable way to take on a new language Prima Great learning staple
To learn a language you are required to purchase a subscription which renews automatically until you remember to cancel it The company relies on you not remembering to cancel it They do not send you an email reminder they just charge you There is no telephone support The only way to get support of any kind is through email I strongly recommend avoiding this app and company Avoid this app
This app covers no only all necessary areas of language but it uses multiple learning avenues to make learning fast fun and easy Plus each lesson builds on the previous one so you are constantly using past material Great investment
This is the first review Ive written for any App This program is competitive with Rosetta Stone for learning languages but at a much more reasonable price I highly recommend it Intuitive fun and educational
My girlfriend is a native Dutch speaker and shes been utterly useless at helping me learn Luckily I have Babbel helping me with the basics Confidence Booster
