They were great when they first started They would deliver within an hit or two Now you re lucky if you get same day delivery What s the point of that Walgreens fills faster than that I ve used them for about two years and it s just gone downhill When you have sick children this is not the service you want to use     They re in over their heads The Daniellems

The customer service is the worst I ve ever experienced I ve called the company multiple times and spoken with Agents and they never get the job done I really just want them to send my prescription to the pharmacy already so I can NOT DIE This is people s medications you re dealing with not a pizza I m curious to see who s running this operation Great business absolutely dreadful execution The app doesn t work either the code is buggy as all hell Word of advice Shut down the operation and don t reopen until you have everything properly set up Fire whoever is in charge of customer service because you re clearly not fit to build a customer service team     Absolutely everything is terrible Assfagghpyy

NimbleRx used to be good but has gone downhill It has forgotten several of my refills auto refill mysteriously turns itself off and I get no notification that I m about to run out of meds If I have to continue to manage my prescriptions why would I want to stay At least I can get my meds same day from the local pharmacy Do not use NimbleRx     Will abruptly cut off your meds Wooshoofoo

The service itself is great Meds are delivered to me where I request and most of the time I don t have to be there The only con I have for the service is that I tend to see the doctor late in the day because of work Because of that I m never quite sure if I m going to get my meds that night or the next day The rating is solely for the App The app constantly crashes on login If I try to paste the password into the password field it will hang the app until I close it If I type the password it will hang before I can complete typing my password until I quit the app I ve priced it hasn t been updated since December I hope that a future update squashes these bugs NB when I click on the NimbleRx app support link from the App Store I get a 404 error         Service 4 Stars App 1 Star Big*Spender

I heard about NimbleRx from my doctor Using the app is easy and once you get everything set up it makes keeping your prescriptions filled so easy As somebody who procrastinates and doesn t have time to run errands I can t tell you how much I appreciate having my monthly prescriptions just show up at my door and if I need a one off refill it s at my house in one day Love this app and will use it as long as I can                     One of my favorite apps Tia100N

What a terrible application Can t believe my doctor even recommended it I called him back to revert to Walgreens Trying to register didn t work on the web Then I did the app and it said they Need to confirm some things so it threw me into a chat In that chat the clueless rep asked how she could help me I said I don t know you requested information from me To which she replied well you started the chat DAFAQ For some god forsaken reason she had to reset the password on my account and claimed it would take 5 mins to deliver a reset email 55 minutes later nothing It shouldn t even take more than 20 seconds for the password reset email In any case I tried registering again and resetting the password from the app and I was told I needed to call them So I promptly called my doctor and got the prescription switched back to Walgreens Let s not even get into the crummy UI issues in the app itself of a half hidden text input field     Zero stars B@tt1eRattle
