The app use to be so great Why change a good thing Point of sale withdrawal is not good enough I need to know wherewho that money went to I hope this gets fixed soon I rely on the app daily Not a fan of new update
Its a hassle to use Why do I have to click on each transaction to see the high level details Please make the app and website less cluttered Not user friendly

I have upgraded my stars to 4 I had originally given this app a 3 because of the deposit check functionality being broken They have fixed that within a week no less Hopefully we see that quick turnaround time continue with some of the other issues Overall I am liking where the app is going just keep the fixes coming Getting better
Yet to get mobile setup on my IPhone seems to be a bit involved will make more calls in the morning will update on my progress Mobile Setup
The app was great before the update now its useless to me I use it to check on who has been paid and now it just says point of sale withdrawal or external withdrawal I know my withdrawals are point of sale because I used my debit card What I need to know is whowhere was the card used PLEASE FIX ASAP HORRIBLE
Generally the app is pretty good but now when I look at individual transactions on my card they just say point of sale withdrawal rather than where it was withdrawn from Please fix this How are we supposed to keep track of charges if we cant even tell where they came from Thank you New update flawed

Didnt think it was possible Cant even deposit a check Menus have gotten deeper This seems to be a theme with this bank from an IT perspective Wowit got worse

While the new update might be more appealing the functions have went downhill I use the app to check balances and view transactions which is now a nightmare Before you could see where the transaction was and now it just says that it is a point of sale which doesnt really help me keep track without having to put a lot of thought of what the charge might be Also the app has slowed down quite a bit and it doesnt always register clicks or it chooses to have a mind of its own and openclose things without you touching the screen I can easily say that Ill be using the app a lot less now if I even use it at all Update
Overall the app is helpful but youre not able to see the transaction details making it difficult to track transactions Needs a little tweaking
I agree I make daily POS sales so u can imagine what my transactions look like Not easy to figure out what went where Please update stat POS PURCHASE
