No help from company yet but I did find out on my own that all your passwords need to be changed to 4 character numbers before you update The upgrade does not allow for anything over 4 characters and it will not allow you to change your password because you have to put in the nonexistent number to change anything Use numbers I d give it a minus 10 if that were possible All my passwords have changed It would be great if they d let me know what the new ones are It is finger print ready with this update but my iPad doesn t have that feature Sorry excuse for an update     Update changed my password plane306

I truly LOVED this app with the security feature However when I updated to the latest iOS it crashed and I can t retrieve any of my stuff I emailed the company and got no response I re paid for the app and still can t get my stuff I m frustrated beyond belief     So disappointed knitNpurl

I used to really like this app but it repeatedly crashed to the point where i had to pay for it twice just to be able to open it again Now that I have the new version I can t make a note with a blank sheet it s always lined paper and clicking the plain paper doesn t make a difference it still appears lined and it s off centered and I don t like it         Bugs julia2240

I love this app but I only have one issue with it for the iPad You cannot switch between blank and lined paper I have Notepad on my iPhone as well and it allows me to switch between the two paper types I hope to receive an iPad update real soon Other than that I do enjoy this app very much                     Great app eRam69

A month or so ago an update was made and since then the backgrounds do not work like they used to The words don t fit between the lines Not all of the backgrounds work especially the plain ones I liked this app and hope I can like it again     Please fix Disturbed also

This is the second update and once again you didn t get it right The lines don t match up with the words Also you can t change the paper to one without lines I was hoping to put my notes on that since the lines didn t match up But I couldn t even do that The scrolling down is now working with the update which is good But it looks like you need to fix the app again Honestly the app was working perfectly until you decided to do an update a month ago I open up some of my notes today and when I opened up some of them they weren t there but showed up eventually It was quite upsetting considering I had spent some time working on them PLEASE FIX     Please fix again mawee246

I have a first generation iPad The app loads but when I went to change the font or color it crashed So I tried to just use helvetica and write and nothing happened when I typed then it crashed again So for the time being I deleted it It looks like a nice app good idea still has some bugs         Some bugs alex_brin
