Nozbe - Simply Get Everything Done Busy people and effective teams get tasks and projects done thanks to Nozbe system and apps for all major software platforms. Why choose Nozbe? More than 9 years helping more than ...
I have been using this application for over a year and it is the best I ve found to implement the GTD method Very intuitive and easy to use reliable and syncs perfectly well among all my devices I couldn t recommend anything better                     Nozbe Nancy-Mafalda
This is a great service Hands down better than Asana Toodledo and all the others It s got apps on all platforms and the boss and company are extremely responsive The problem is the price For one individual user we d be willing to pay but it should be priced at about 30 USD in that case They give you two users for 78 USD if you pay annually They also do a very good job with keeping the app up to day and promoting the GTD getting things done concept of task management                 Good service app a bit overpriced Flexrkr
Noze is great for my compulsive calendaring color coding and tagging needs It s so right in nearly every way except the search function Why Why is it so bad I cannot find notes I wrote about a task whether it s completed or yet to be done This makes it tenuous for me to use for important projects where I need to be able to pull up past context fast and it makes it impossible for me to recommend to the folk I work with Please fix             I love it but the search willowbl00
Just found this app and it s great The quick add features including the ability to define details is great I love the projects catgeories priority system Responsive support team Love it                     Great app How is this not more well known ANPrice
When you hit Open which is the only option nothing happens Will not update previous version                     Won t update AnnRileyCaldwell
Its been YEARS and STILL you cant even do a simple repeat like Mon Wed Fri or every Tuesday and Thursday every other program does this BASIC feature Nozbe would be great I just dont understand how you are not pushing this out just read the forums its a HUGE reason people are not switching very disapointing         cant even repeat Mon Wed Friday MusicOne!
I wanted a basic to do list that would sync between my devices This app does that admirably It has more funtionality than I need to use but I ve found some tricks like a daily routine project with the tasks recurring daily that make it even easier than I had hoped You can t go wrong giving this app a try                     Exactly what I needed cololinda
The support team is awesome I had an issue with the calendar view this last month and reached out to the support team with question and a follow up email conversation The request has been considered and fixed in the latest version In general this application has saved me hours and has kept me productive and focussing on the needed items only in my pursuit of GTD You guyz rock and keep up the good work                     My customer support request fixed Vsanthanam
I ve been looking for a good way to manage my to do list goals priorities etc I tried my hand at evernote for those things and for me it didn t work Like Michael Hyatt Evernote is my digital brain Anything I need to remember goes in there but it doesn t help me track progress like this app I don t have the funds to get the paid version but there are ways to use it as a task manager even when you are limited to five projects I am only using 4 5 allowed projects on the free version and so far it is keeping me on track You have the ability to create due dates time allowed to complete each task and it has the categories system I ve started using like tags in evernote Overall it s a great tool I think there will come a day when I get the paid version so that I can collaborate with others But for now this is working great                     So Helpful Jhdibdrubd
I just started using Nozbe and I m amazed how good it is Really poweful Great job guys                     Nozbe is great Shubie182
The description in my opinion is VERY deceiving It only tells you of in app purchasing but DOESN T tell you that this download is only a free trial good for 1 month After that you have to purchase for 4 99 per month I only figured this out by going into my account settings From a usability standpoint it looks like a great app to use It was easy to create new tasks especially with the addition of the ability to add a new one from the task bar with one click Had I known this was just a free trial I would have never downloaded and given my email address to this supposed company If I could rate zero stars I would     Your Only Downloading a free trial business-pro
I actually like the functionality of this app better than omnifocus so on functionality I would give this app a 5 star rating It works perfectly and allows you to have multiple tags contexts for a particular action which I love Omnifocus won t allow you that functionality However I can t stomache the annual subscritpion price That is the only reason I am not using Nozbe any longer But there is no question that Nozbe has all the functionality you could want for a good GTD system even a slight edge over Omnifocus in my mind but the monthly subscription is what kept me away Thanks             Great app but subscription price is high blonghauser921
I have been using Nozbe as a personal and team tool for a couple of years now It is by far the best way to organize and share tasks with associates prioritize the day and keep track of everything that used to be in my head In conjunction with the Getting Things Done philosophy this tool will help you master your projects and tasks and help you communicate back and forth with your team about everything you need to get done in an organization The team at Nozbe is very responsive to all issues or enhancements I have asked for as well They are constantly updating and upgrading this tool to become more useful for me Totally worth whatever you need to pay for it                     By Far the Best Task Manager Stunice
Not only is Nozbe a well made app it has a very responsive team behind it Three words however Watch The Videos At the Nozbe site there is a page of support videos At least 70 of the negative comments are either out of date because Nozbe used the recommendations to improve the app or written by people who neglected to watch the free videos Chances are the app does what you need it to do If not email the team From inside the app Easiest Complex App Ever                     Everything I needed watch the 15 min video CraftLitHeather
Keep coming back to Nozbe It s the best                     Amazing Tool lex.me
On Michael Hyatt s recommendation I decided to try the Mac App version that it was free and Nozbe makes money by providing cloud services linking the various versions Fair enough I downloaded the Mac App When I started it up all I saw was two blanks email and password That s a deal killer for me when a locally installed app can t won t do ANYTHING until the company gets their grubby paws on my email address Deleted it rated it 1 star won t ever give it another chance Get a CLUE folks     Immediately turned off by requiring email and a password SteveS2
Overall Nozbe features a pretty good workflow and the fact that there are numerous ways to get your tasks into the system and attach files give it some nice brownie points However I find it extremely buggy across all devices and systems It s always been that way for me through multiple versions It s frustrating and breaks the flow Also the Mac app lacks any real and powerful shortcuts which is also a deal breaker Oh and it s expensive It should also be known that Michael Hyatt is always talking up Nozbe as his preferred system so much so that he MUST be on their payroll Try the free version you may like it it s good once you get past the glitches etc                     It s decent BigFluffins
The web app is still good but the MAC app is a pretty big step down I m unable to drag TO DOs to their contexts etc Rats such a great service Love the web app but need it when I m offline                     I wish I didn t update Bubalooney
Nozbe is an excellent task and project application I ve used a number of them RTM ToDo Cloud Reminders ad nauseum because I was frustrated with either the interface backups multiple device support or crashes Nozbe is smooth and seamless Backups happen instantaneously Changes are available on multiple devices within seconds Support is outstanding When I ve had burps only one in the last year a support team member reached out via email and stuck with me until the issue was resolved I trust my commitments to Nozbe and it s never let me down                     The best task manager I ve found Fast Easy Thorough scedmonds
I have been using Nozbe since the very first version I have carefully considered everything else on the market Asana Omnifocus Trello Things Remember the Milk you name it But I am glad I stuck with Nozbe This is by far and away the best Nozbe ever It works the way I work The interface is fast elegant and intuitive The integration with Evernote is a game changer My only complaint and it s a small one is that it needs more keyboard shortcuts Still I HIGHLY recommend it                     This is the best Nozbe yet Michael Hyatt
I have tried a variety of GTD applications As an automation professional I know that if the tool isn t friendly people won t use it Nozbe is the first app that actually fits into my daily workflow It is worth every penny I pay for it Further subscribe to Michael s blog and videos He offers a ton of support and ideas Plus his Productive magazine adds even more value I try and discard applications that don t work for me This one is a keeper                     Great GTD App SoccerGary
I ve used every single task manager out there and Nozbe is by far the best It doesn t do any one thing that s unheard of for a task manager but it does it all and does it perfectly Here s why I love it 1 I can put all my tasks into different categories 2 I can assign tasks due dates and view only tasks due on a particular date This way my list isn t cluttered with tasks due on different days 3 I can use contexts such as Phone or Computer This way I can filter even more by vewing to see only Phone and get all my calls for the day out of the way THEN filter to see only Computer and get all my computer paperwork out of the way Makes me more effective in completing tasks 4 The comments section can be used to write notes or even add subtasks 5 I can sync all my tasks with my Google Calendar and in my Google Calendar you even see a checkmark for the tasks that are completed 6 I can star items that are labeled as Next Actions so I know what my next poins of focus are Sorry if my typing is hard to read typed kind of fast By the way I have OCD and I can t stick with one task manager for too long they never live up to my expectations But the free version of Nozbe works perfectly for me                     best task manager to do list out there ZuhairQ
The full version which you will need to do anything remotely complicated costs over 100 per year Even the money saving plan is 96 per year Over th course of 10 years they expect you to pay 1000 for this simple task list Its not worth even CLOSE to that     WAY to Expensive Zenspace
This is a better value than SG Project Pro 5 or Firetask but is a bit too simple Can t organize projects to reflect work flow             It s Ok but not great fosscap
This was my second try at Nozbe it has a lot of great features but it lack subtasks therefore it is impossible to do Work Breakdown Sturcture without which project planning implmentation and control become very difficult     Don t Know what it is but is is not Project Management CharlesSanger
I downloaded this app as well as the iphone app I spent hours loading projects and tasks I was trying to delete a task in a project and the interface is not obvious how to delete a single task since you cannot highlight a task without it being checked as done When I selcted the delete button it deleted the entire project I thought that wasn t the end of the world I thought I would be able to go backto the trash and recover the project But to my dismay I found there was no trash folder anywhere I lost the project and tasks for ever The other big missing feature is the ability to export all my tasks to a list You can only print them No Export I would not recommend this app     This app is terrible dharmajy
App continues to hang up and get stuck while syncing Very frustrating Going back to the web online version I need to stay sync d between iPad iPhone and Desktop I am a new user so I feel I have wasted set up time trying to get desktop to work Time wasted     Desktop version does not work if you sync Stick to Online mskins
An overly complicated Evernote Only it s limited to task lists No progress bars May be good for daily team tasks but there are other less time consuming ways of collaborating with office mates about projects and their progressions     Glorified Task List tonyvalcom
I spent the time to enter in my tasks and get a feel for the product I had a pretty good list and it was helping me get things done Then I hit the a button while exploring the app and lost all my task and notes Don t bother getting this Waste of time and effort     Don t bother || machine ||
After using Things for years I wanted to find a GTD app that works on Windows platform as well so decided to check this out Several glaring problems after only an hour playing with 1 4 1 quick entry hotkey brings up entry box but then it WON T GO AWAY no key or mouse click will cause the entry to be entered so I have to quit Nozbe and lose my entry looked in vain for a place to troubleshoot this problem via google all of the Nozbe support entries are standard questions but do not address bugs no keyboard shortcuts on the desktop version I could go on but I m not spending any more time For an application that does not provide any better support I am not impressed     Disappointing PA Wolfpack
I would actually rate this 5 stars if it had integration with Reminders but it does not at least not that I can find To be truly useful it should integrate with the primary systems of the OS I rely on Reminders for all of my tasks I shouldn t have to have the Nozbe iPhone App to have synchronization             Good but needs integration with Reminders Tabitha-CO
A requirement for any good task manager I need to be able to enter tasks quickly with my keyboard Nozbe attracted me with the ability to do this including repeating tasks from the quick entry window But none of the syntax described on their website actually works for recurring tasks in this app I even tried their own examples and they didn t work I tried to delete a task by pressing the Delete key Nothing The app feels a bit blank still in development Just check out the preferences to see the single option you have Maybe it will get there but it s not there yet         Doesn t function as described Evilkow
you can t set priorities and almost no preferences to control anything in the app might as well use a flat document to manage your list moving it to the trash     too basic BeTransformed
I looked at Nozbe a year ago and walked away because it lacked the desktop programs for Mac and Windows I do love the idea of Evernote and Dropbox integration and these are features that have the potential to pull me away from Omnifocus However this app is only half baked and lacks many necessary features like nested projects and the ability to use the keyboard for doing things like deleting a task or starting one It s a mouse click fest when navigating through this app The evernote integration is vastly improved over earlier versions but still feels clunky and tenuous The dropbox integration is a cool concept but without native viewers you are forced to download everything for a simple look at a file It s almost as if this app is a glorified web app without any native understanding of Mac OS to give things like the spacebar delete key and enter key a functiion in the program It s headed in the right direction but not ready         Half baked JBandrew
I m a new user for Nozbe and it looks really great with contexts repeats projects etc Not to mention it connects with Evernote But there is only one thing missing a menubar icon that when clicked shows a LIST of your upcoming tasks I don t really like having windows open to check off my to dos                     love it but where is the menubar list i_luv_bron
The Nozbe system platform is great but this app is horribly buggy I m constantly changing from inbox view to Projects view etc or completely closing and restarting the app to correct graphic display issues that shouldn t be happening The older Nozbe To Do app was much better Not to be confused with the Nozbe Web app which wasn t much more than an app icon that opened the web browser         Buggy App for a Great Product JoelHWilliams
In my experience the Nozbe desktop app has a few stability issues but it is easy to use When using the menu bar icon be sure not to include any parameters such as priority or today also the green add button at the lower right of the window doesn t work in calendar view You can work around that by using the smaller add button at the top which will allow you to use the parameters I like this app and use it all the time just take note of these issues                 Nozbe is great but the app could use a little improvement DCengineers
After using it awhile edit tasks will stop working and you ll need to restart Same thing happens with dragging tasks to project folders Finally filtering Next Actions by Label etc will make this fully usable But it is a MAJOR step up from the previous version And a MAJOR step up for the Nozbe platform in general Note that an identical desktop version is available for Windows This makes it great for people who use Windows at work and Mac at home Fix those bugs add those features and this will be a 5 star app As it is this new version is reason enough to make the permanent switch to Nozbe I just did                 This is beta not 1 2 But still pretty darn good noah_nyc
I love Nozbe My company has been using it for almost 2 years and it has saved us SO MUCH TIME in meetings It helps us all stay on the same page with projects and helps our management know where we are on individual projects This app is a huge help because I m not always conencted to the web when I need to work on tasks The app is fast usually faster than the web app and is seamless I really like the new drag and drop features they added in this version It would be 5 stars but I m running into a problem when I complete many tasks the program crashes in Mountain Lion I m sure it s a complex fix in the code but the Nozbe team has always been fast to respond Even when the program crashes on me it still remembers everything I did right before the crash so very little productivity is lost just a slight annoyance Thanks Nozbe for providing this great app                 Great Improvement to an Awesome App DanGossett
As some comments below explain this has the general idea of a good GTD but it seems they rolled the ball before they got in the court Pretty ridiculous that ANY app would be void of shortcuts no copy no paste no cmd a select all nothing The design looks pretty lame a lot of attention to detail missing and the cholors scheme is too low contrast I can tell this will improve so I m hoping time will tell             Good but should still be BETA Rickyroodles
I decided to give this a try and came to the shocking discovery that you have to pay a monthly fee to use this app How pathetic I ll stick with Things by CulturedCode Deleted     Oh boy you have to pay to use it no thanks PolarBearKev
Keep in mind this is only version 1 1 but is very solid when it comes to design and usability There are certainly some feature enhancements that are needed but there is not doubt this app will get there it can only get better IMO                     Simple and Intuitive to use great design as well Ironlung00
Nozbe has been my favorite app for some time and this desktop version brings GTD to another level Things I like flawless sync secure and stable backend nice looking the best customer service around improved collaboration features                     GTD just got better Tds786
I ve been using Nozbe for less than a year but am quickly becoming a bigger and bigger fan I started out with all their free software to see if I would like it I m been so impressed that I ve since bought the iPhone app then the yearly subscription to their service and most recently the iPad app I would be LOST without it on all my devices and computers                     Amazing for capturing all your stuff KEELEY CHORN
I have flirted with using Nozbe as my go to GTD app for some time but have always been resistant because there wasn t a desktop version available Well with the release of this app that has all changed and now I am engrossing myself in this to the book implementation of GTD application Don t get me wrong I like the fact that the app is device agnostic and that I can access from anywhere but at work I need a non connected option and this fulfills that role I do wish that keyboard shortcuts were available for the desktop version as this would be a huge productivity boost in and of itself however the Nozbe team always appears to be updating their apps so I have no doubt that this is being worked on right now                     Nozbe Review Jeremiah Otter
I ve tried many ToDo applications and none have ever captured me in the way that this interface does It is similar to Producteev but this one actually works Producteev lost To Dos constantly but I ve yet to experience anything like that with this app This app is smoother more efficient and it s far more visually appealing though this may just be my personal tastes coming into play I look forward to seeing where they take this app in the future                     One of the few done right Brian Jeppesen
I ve been frustrated with the various solutions to organizing my work life This feels like i finally found whay works best for me                 Great product Paul Tshihamba
