I find this app confusing There are some entries I can read with out a subscription and others I cannot The local stories seem most affected probably not an app problem but a business rule problem Regardless of the cause it doesn t reflect well on the paper Recently I can t scroll through stories possible due to iOS10 I downloaded the update and now all it does is display the logo and an ok button It never opens                 Finally free Niger better faster stronger
