Well I just got my new Weber Summit Grill center today Got the gas natural gas hooked up and fired it up with 3 filet mignons for the family Used this app and ALL THREE STEAKS CAME OUT PERFECT I highly recommend the app for anyone who likes to grill I punched in the thickness of the steak and the level of doneness Told me when to add them and when to flip them All three steaks were yummy Get it I have an iPhone 4s and it worked fine                 Grrrrrrrrrrrrreat

This is great as a timer Now I can cook steaks done any which way for all my deadbeat neighbors All they do is run around my yard like a bunch of puppies on booze then bang on my window and ask for steaks The recipes are good too The best thing is the steak shopping tips Not only will it teach you what to look for but press a button and SCHLOOP your iPhone squeezes out a free steak Delicious                 Great App Recommended

New version still has issues crashing Bigger problem is that you cant use the timer function It asks you to name this timer yet doesnt provide any area to name Original version also allowed for multiple names so you could cook to different doneness Please fix this bug so the app is functional     New Version Is Disappointing

The app seems fine if you want some general recipes and perhaps if youre willing to take the time to input the temperature at which are cooking and the size of the meats the timers might be helpful but the main reason I downloaded the app was so that I could review the cooking instructions of the various products without having to save the Omaha steak boxes Oddly that is not available on the app        OK but no instructions for Omaha products

I have cooked steaks for years with varying results and then came your app It was great and provided perfect results But now with the changes to tout the Igrill it has gone from a simple foolproof tool to one that is confusing and difficult to set up I wish that I had never heard of the update           Not happy with update

I would rate higher but when the phone sleeps or you are doing something else the app will not alert to flip        Wont alert when phone sleeps

This used to be a great app But the latest versions do not alert properly in ios 6 or 7 The latest update has fixed the alert sound for flipping your steaks on multi tasking devices but no notification In spite of that fix the completed time alert still does not work if you are not in the app Standard alert like a text alert Once you reopen the app you get the full alert And the flip steak alert works properly Whether the device open and active or locked But end of steak time is dependent upon being in the app              Used to be a five star app

I am very good at overcooking everything especially steak I just used this app for the first time and grilled my wife and I two ribeyes to perfection I will definitely use it again over and over im sure and highly recommend it                 Perfect Steaks

I cook my steak on the grill 90 seconds rotate steak 90 degrees to put a diamond pattern on the steak then cook another 90 seconds then flip and do it all again My question is this Will your app do this for me as a timer If not why not If your app will allow for turning as well as flipping steaks down to the second you would have a great steak app As it is rates pretty low           Question For Developer

This app used to be great and I got perfect steaks everytime Last few updates have broken it First they added integration with the iGrill Thats great if you have one but for those of us who dont it gets in the way of the main functionality of the app most of the time when I try to dismiss a notice in the app like to flip my steaks it instead pulls up the iGrill integration junk that CANNOT BE TURNED OFF Second and more important if your phone goes to sleep or you go to another app it wont notify you of anything anymore Hope you didnt have a medium steak in addition to the medium well one because you probably missed when you were supposed to put it on     Used to be good

If I have the fire really hot I use charcoal then I usually take off a minute or two depending on the thickness of the steak to get the right doneness Other than that great app great company              Good app

Used the steak timer to grill two sirloins this evening It was as easy as can be to use and the steaks turned out PERFECT              Great app

I love this app and have used it for many years to grill my steaks to perfection However I miss the catchy jingle on the timer that was lost with the recent updates It was Pavlovian The current ding is easily missed Please bring back the jingle or something like it so that I will feel inspired to dance again when my steaks are ready              Bring back the jingle

Been using the app for a while now and after the last update the times are way to long I put in a med rare 1 12 inch steak and it told me 11 minutes to cook Thats more for a well done     Cook times are wrong

I love using this app for grilling However I just got into smoking and I also purchased an igrill mini which does not seem to be supported by this app It would also be nice to hear the alarms if your phone is not awake           Needs updates

The timer on here is great every steak I have used has come out just right I will agree with the other reviews that when asleep you lose the notification of flipping or finishing Restore that and move the Igrill interface and its back to being great           Timer is perfect
