One Medical Mobile

As the point of first contact the One Medical app is just the beginning of a comprehensive and well thought out process for going to the doctor Easy to sign up easy to understand and easy to use I am so happy I signed up One Medical is revolutionizing the patient experience                 Easy convenient and awesome

I love the rest of this app but the newest update wont let me email my provider with questions When I go to Contact it says I need to set up email in Settings However there is no settings menu anywhere that I can find on the app and its not in the iPhone Settings either I cant tell if this is a bug or if its just very hard to find              Cant email provider

Great app                 One Medical app

In the past year Ive seen two surgeons and three specialists outside of One Medicals network All of them had mobile apps with import into services such as Microsoft HealthVault No such features exists in the app or website My HealthVault account contains my lab results hospitalizations immunizations conditions procedures medications and Radiology images all of which I can share with other caregivers as I choose Whats missing from HealthVault is anything associated with One Medical For a 199 annual membership fee I expect more then just spending less time in the waiting room Its time for One Medical to deliver value A great place to start is with this app     Useless

after so many doctor nightmares in nyc these guys and this app are dreamy the fact that they even have an app and that i can schedule visits renew meds and email my doctor from it is awesome                 an iphone app from a doctors office seriously cool

Seriously For those in the major metro areas where OneMedical offices are located this app is very simple streamlined and efficient from the simple such as looking up locations and getting directions to the powerful looking at your current prescriptions and requesting refills asking a doctor questions wo an appointment etc This combined with their offices is why Ill never go to a different primary care practice again                 Best Medical iPhone App Ever

This app is revolutionary and changes the way I consume healthcare Makes things so easy                 One Medical

Good functionality for finding and booking available appointments and other common tasks Some features are either missing add appointment to your calendar or poorly designed default map view is the entire US           No add to calendar

Kudos to them for even having an iPhone app but the user experience is really subpar There is a Home tab that provides no utility you are shown a web view that doesnt take advantage of any builtin features of the phone adding appointment to the calendar a better date picker when you try to book an appointment There are other indicators that this was simply a lowest common denominator design for smartphones such as the nonnative scrolling and feedback on the about screen Itd have been better to simply create a decent web app        Basically a web wrapper

Must have If youre a One Medical client you must get this app Make appointments get advice find a location what have you Download now                 Very useful

Requires you to put in A credit card and charges you 199 before even starting Registration is really difficult because it goes to an HTML page on the phone doesnt allow it from the app DO NOT INSTALL     Do not install

All of the features under the apps Contact section My Provider Feedback etc are broken Keeps giving this error There are no email accounts setup on this device You can add an email account in Settings Okay Except there is no Settings button anywhere in the app Its also not under iOS settings Huh        Good idea but

While i only recommend this app for clients of the clinic Im Surprised how good this version 1 really is One again the One Medical company proves that its not just another doctor shop They take technology seriously as the do customer service                 5 stars for patients of one medical

This is a great app for managing care however a passcode lock would make me feel much more secure in its use           Great interface lacks security

This app is worth having on your phone for quick viewingmaking appointments contacting your PCPoffice seeing your prescriptions viewing other locations So happy to be a One Medical member Feature Request option to switch location usage to White Using instead of Always or Never to save battery life 1Password login integration TouchID login              Easy to view info schedule Feature request

Really saved me a lot of time                 Awesome

This app is perfect for OneMedical patients like me I only need to see the doctor once or maybe twice a year for nonroutine stuff But I do have seasonal allergies that are best managed with a few presciption meds This app makes it possible for me to get those meds without having to go through the time and expense of going in for an office visit                 Excellent app for OneMedical patients

Im new to One Medical I have not even met my new doctor yet This is a great application Lets see an iPad version I really like the orientation that One Medical takes toward technology Many doctors are afraid of email and clients who use the internet This is a decidedly protectionist and elitist stance Using technology to empower patients and make medicine more convenient is one of the things that attracted me to this medical group              Excellent App

As a patient of One Medical I was happy to find this app Its always been easy to schedule an appointment or send my doc a note when sitting at my computer but now I can do it right from the appwhich means I can do it while on the bus or wherever With some of the other diagnosis features its probably cool for nonpatients too                 Cool app great doctors
