Not sure what Saver 301 was experiencing and his review nearly stopped me from buying this but I went ahead and bought it anyway I faced no problems and it worked flawlessly Highly recommended                 Still is great

I love all the features Much easy getting all the information you need from Open House visitors                 Open Homes

Something has changed The app crashes continually takes very long to upload data and pictures and is just not as easy and seamless as it used to be Only by completely deleting the app and downloading it again from my cloud am I able to make it work and I literally have to do that every time I want to use it The first review I did 18 months or so ago was five stars Now it only gets one and thats because there is no ZERO Dont waste your money or your time     Used to be great dont spend on it now

Of all the real estate apps out there this is in the top tier Easy to use and customization is great As another reviewer mentioned its easy to get people to sign in Introduce yourself show them the tablet and they actually complete the questions Highly recommend                 Experienced Realtor

The app is great but when I try to create a new open houseit keeps crashing Not good when Im at an Open House I had to edit an existing listing in order for it to work Please fix Im paying a monthly charge for this           Keeps Crashing

1 Upgraded but the website version doesnt acknowledge ive upgraded so i dont get to change the questions 2 A glitch right at close of open house Lead entered name and email But continue button wont light up Froze I closed out the appwhen i go to open it The entire list of leads GONE My days work down the drain 3 Horrible you go to add notes for another leadbut then hard to go back to NEXT person Needs to have buttons to navigate back and forth without having to end open house 4 get me back the previous versioni just need to get the leads info        Upgrade is HORRIBLE I just lost an entire days of leads

This is a great app Those that complained about not having a place to enter the visitors agents name obviously did not look under settings You can add questions Easy to use and saves paper Thanks                 Buy it now

Not really all that helpful If they say they are working with an agent it doesnt allow you to put in the agents contact information or even just a name If they dont give you their phone number or email address you have no way of adding any notes to the person so you wont remember to tell the seller who was through Its just too basic and therefore not worth the price        Too basic

Visitors are signing in more more importantlygiving accurate information                 Easier to get contacts

I have tried several apps and this is by far the best I just use the free version not the Pro they promote Works great                 Favorite Real Estate App for open houses

I think the order of the questions need to be rearranged Asking how did you find out about the open house question first makes it more comfortable and they are more likely to answer the other questions more honestly           Will try it on my next open house

This app is wonderful Its user friendly and simple to operate Its works great for open houses I would recommend completing your profile and setting up everything before using it because it will send automatic emails to your guests unless you disable this feature                 Jesse

Ugh I just bought this app a few days ago and really loved it Used it seamlessly at two open houses Then they upgraded the entire app making it more web based to edit questions change settings Very annoying very disappointing Today I tried to use it at an open house and was caught off guard about the changes They didnt even inform users of the changes in advance I ended up ditching the app and using good ole paper and pen for guests to sign in I dont want all the extra features I just want a sign in app I guess I wasted 1499        Ugh hate the updates

I enjoy using this app It keeps all my opens organized and I dont have to try to remember where I met someone that I wrote down Also amazes people when I have them sign in using technology                 Great App

And now that it will stay awake during the open house even better Clients like to sign in on my iPad The design is simple and straight forward and really looks sharp                 Spiffy way to be tech savvy

The basics behind the app are good I feel the app is cumbersome and I dont like that you cant access client registration online without a monthly expensive subscription you can only access it through the app which I paid for              Good enough

Overall this is pretty helpful Ive only been using this app for a month Some people like it others dont Rather than having multiple screens it would be nice to have all the questions on one page I lost a good lead because I didnt make sure it saved Now I know that I have to check to see that the information was actually captured before letting the client leave Once you begin an open house there is no way to get back to your leads unless you close the program entirely It would also be nice to know what time your open house began and ended especially when you do them every weekend and to make general notes such as weather conditions etc           Nice App Could use some additional features

I liked the app before this update Now it is terrible The order of the questions is bad It makes the guest answer Do you have a home to sell before it asks for name and email It also added a whole bunch of random questions I do not want And the one question that you want asked what is your phone number is now gone Of course if you want yo change the questions you have to pay a monthly fee Also the app duplicates the guest name over and over again I hope I am not emailing them the same email a doz times notes are worse then before I do not like this app any more and i am on the hunt for a better one     This Update is Terrible

This app was recommended to me and it is better than expected So easy to set up For customers who wanted to hand write their information I just entered their info and notes as soon as they left I was thrilled to see that the app sent follow ups automatically and later in the week I got an email summary with notes for specific follow up Love it Thank you                 More than I expected

If youre a Realtor and wanna take your business to the NEXT LEVEL then youre gonna wanna download this BADBOY I contemplated paying 1499 as I really didnt wanna get stiffed w a Second Rate app But low and behold it allows me to be more efficient effective and tech savvy during my Open Houses The morning of my Open House I downloaded the app and it only took me a few minutes to figure out Not only is it User Friendly but I was able to put the 7 pictures I wanted to use AND reorder the questions I felt were most pertinent Now This isnt gonna get you more sellers Its NOT even gonna get you more buyers But if you word hard followup w everyone that signs in and follow up again youll MOST LIKELY be writing an OUTSTANDING REVIEW just like this BADBOY                 Truly Top Notch

Very well designed app with appealing sign in interface Unfortunately I can only give it 3 stars due a couple of MAJOR draw backs 1You cannot personalize the email response and 2The auto email comes from the OpenPro domain not your workpersonal domain In the real estate industry branding and personalization are essential to successfully building your business and attracting clients When these are fixed I will happily give this app 5 stars Until then I will look to see if my 10 per month is better spent elsewhere           Good not great
