Full disclosure Im not associated with Orderoso but work with one of the original brands to work with this app As a result we were able to help provide to them feature requests that are essential towards the success of a sales rep Having said that they have been fantastic about listening yup programmers LISTENING and implementing our feature set requests and I honestly believe that if you work and place orders while in the field regardless of what you sell this is one of the best systems out there I am a sales rep for a midsized wine brokerage and our company employs reps all throughout the state of California and represents roughly 100 brands Prior to working with Orderoso our entire system was on another high profile sales integration system think big annual event in SF with major keynote speakers but as our business grew it was starting to become apparent that our presence with that company was becoming smaller IT issues were growing server interruptions and lead times towards resolution were getting longer Beyond that as much as that system worked well for our admin staff back in the office it was rather clunky for the reps out in field Any time that I would place an order I had to create an email and type out the entire order with that email As a result my iPad is still filled with keyboard shortcuts RR Russian River PN Pinot Noir SC Sonoma County etc Thus I would type sc rr pn and get all of that up above in the email Then I would have to look up the price on a price sheet to insure Im inputting proper combo discounting if available and type in the price All told a single email could take upwards of ten to fifteen minutes to compose BUT NOW WE HAVE ORDEROSO 1 ORDERING Orderoso utilizes the touchscreen capabilities of the tablet so that now any order I place is done as follows 1 Log in duh 2 Select order 3 Select account 4 Select product 5 Select amount combo pricing is worked into the system 6 Select date 7 Confirm and send That all can happen between 30 seconds and a minute The time saved on just ordering alone with Orderoso allows me to see 23 more accounts a day than with our prior system which adds up quickly That alone would make me recommend this product Furthermore with this system in place input errors have been greatly reduced and I would safely estimate that our companys misplaced order whether it is product price or delivery date has decreased significantly which has really improved our overhead costs 2 INVENTORY Each morning Orderoso syncs with our distribution center so that the inventory we see on screen is what we have available unless another rep cleaned us out ten minute before I looked of course Still this has been a fantastic feature as my customers can inquire about a products availability and we can look it up right there 3 SALES AND PRESENTATION HISTORY Each time we present products to our customers we create a quick report that lists a when it was presented b what was presented c what their feedback was and d allows us to click an icon if the customer wishes a follow up We can call this information up at any time and is invaluable prior to new appointments I can call up a customers SP history right before I walk in the door and start with you ordered products X Y last month and I wanted to see if you need more and last time I was in you said you loved product Z but didnt have the space then so I wanted to see if you are able to bring it in now Both repeat and new sales opportunities have increased significantly since 4 REPORTS On the administrative side they have been able to set up a whole series of reports that are a touch away for everybody Here are just a few samples of reports I can currently call up and in each same I can customize to any date range INCLUDING PRIOR DATA FROM ORDEROSO THAT WE WERE ABLE TO IMPORT A Sales by brand B Sales by product C Product performance presentations vs placements D Allocations and Hold Requests E Account performance Our winery partners also have access to reports specific to their brands and as a result they are able to see when and where their products are being presented and what the feedback is As a result if the universal feedback on a wine is nice but too expensive the winery can see that and choose to adjust their price accordingly In other words our partners can now see why the buyers are choosing or not choosing to carry their products 5 CATALOG Another fantastic feature that has recently been included is sales tool integration within our catalog We can now click on a brand we represent and if there are any tools available ie movies sell sheet tech sheets POS etc we can click on them right there We can now present a product and show a video clip of the winemaker discussing that product right there while they are tasting it 6 BOTTOM LINE Orderoso has been an outside sales reps dream come true and all I can say is get onboard on the ground floor and customize this software to your companys needs We all feared the transition period when we first decided to switch over to them but none of us can now recall any major hiccups or any reason to fear the future today Bottom line is that Orderoso WILL save your company time and resources and increase your ability to sell products and you would be foolish to not at least consider this product                 If youre in outside sales you MUST get your company onboard
