I ve been completely unable to log into the app for awhile now Thumb ID doesn t work it doesn t recognize my pin When I could use the app I really liked it so anything you could do to help would be great         Login issues with otherwise good app Saskrs

I saw someone report that they couldn t log on and gave an error message I had the same issue I figured out that I had changed my password a couple of months ago and I didn t update it on the app Once I changed the password on the app to the updated password I was able to get in again Hope that helps anyone having that issue Aside from that issue the app has been great                 How to fix app Rome75

First they shutdown the first for a few days and then give us this poorly designed and sketchy app PATHETIC Fix the mobile check deposit     I honestly want to switch banks Ddddddddg

Setup requires answering security questions but the process is broken I tried to get around it by setting the questions up using the full site on a laptop but the iPhone app isn t affected     Can t use at all JoeMike62
