You can see the balance for the accounts but thats about it Sometimes you can get detail transactions but usually not Come on ORNL You are better than this You should yank this down out of the App Store Better to have no app than this one     Worthless

This is pathetic It gives balances and thats it Ive never been able to get histories or make transfers ORNL this one is a big fail If I could give it a zero I would     Terrible

One of the things I love about ORNL is the ability to keep multiple savings accounts to accrue savings gifts emergency travel escrow etc I downloaded the app this week and logged in I had 1 checking and 5 savings correct but all of the savings showed the same name and exact same total like it repeated savings 01 It did me no good at all Its still better for me to login via Safari        Disappointed with multiple savings accounts

A much needed update that was worth the wait A very clean and simple way to navigate and handle all your financial needs from your devices I love that Focus is integrated with the app                 New app

I really hate to say it but coming from the credit union that I have trusted for over 15 years they are very behind on technology This is one of the most important tools needed in today society mobility of your banking The app is someone slow freezes up and does not allow very needed functions IE Credit Card holding balance confirmation of transfers and the list goes on Absolutely needs an update and to be modeled on larger banks and credit unions TVA BOA Regions USAA        Does ORNL Not Read Reviews

This new version is plain awful on iPhone 6S It wont store you username and the quick balance function does not work Please fix it it is quite embarrassing     Plain awful

The only functional section is the account balance None of the tabs let you click them making this app less useful than just logging into the site through Safari There has been very few updates and the app is outdated for the iPhone 5s longer screen     Love the bank Hate the app

This is ridicous When I get to the security questions it says I am giving the wrong answerbut Ive answered these before I surely know my fathers and grandmothers middle names and the street I grew up on Give me a break So sorry I ever upgraded Im thinking about changing banks because this is the last straw     Cant log in

App will provide account balances and if you are willing to wait several minutes transactions Beyond this functionality the app is next to useless Im sure no one would do their banking at ORNL FCU based on the provision of this app        Not very useful

Good to check accounts and transfer money but awful to deposit a check Extremely long holds are placed even on their own checks What a joke     Do not use to deposit a check

This is the most basic app Ive ever used The update barely added any functionality it basically just revamped the aesthetic appearance The Y12 app has many more options I see no mobile deposit option on ORNL FCUs app like on Y12s app With ORNL youre better off using safari or the texting service they are far more useful ORNL has always offered better service than any other financial institution Ive used its just disappointing that they dont put that same effort into their mobile app     Incredibly basic

App only shows saving account even after the new update I do all my business in my checking account so this app is completely worthless for now     No checking accounts

Useless The Accounts tab doesnt even show me my account balance only the name of recent transactions What is the point of this Awful     It didnt used to be this bad What happened

RNLFCU offers some of the best features of online banking But this is a BASIC mobile app that allows only simple transactions IN addition to some other features mentioned by other reviewers I miss two other very useful functions that are available on most other mobile banking apps The first is the ability to deposit checks remotely The second is to be able to search and locate nofee ATM machines that accept ORNLFCU debit card outside Knoxville area           scientist

It works It does its job But the interface seems very dated even after the latest update Im so happy they finally added the check deposit feature that probably almost every other mobile banking app already had A huge stride towards the 21st century But I still dont understand why such a successful credit union doesnt have a better tech team that can bring their mobile banking up to 2015 Thats kinda important these days It would be great if one day their mobile app was as nice as my Discover card app           Eh

Wouldnt even let me sign in all the way Deleted the app about an hour after getting it     Terrible app

Make sure you get the update Thus far it is much cleaner and faster than the old version                 Much better

Since the last update the app will no longer give you quick balance so you have to log all the way back in to see your balance Other than this major flaw the app is easy to use and is a great way for me to keep an eye on my accounts        New update ruined app

Did a professional create this app or did a third grader This could be such a useful tool but its obviously created by someone that doesnt have to use it Perhaps the folks at ORNL should take a look at other banking apps to see how its done Its worse than the new online access     Basic and Useless

Finally we have an app with mobile deposit but nope it doesnt work I love my bank but wish they would stay more current with technology     Mobile deposit fail

The new version of the app is better Unlike other reviewers Ive not had any issues logging in rant My major gripes are strictly aesthetic First the late 90s textured background has got to go Seriously what were the devs thinking The layout is acceptable but the overall look and feel should mimic the look and feel of a native iOS 78 app That alone would bring it up to four stars for me So please bring the look of the interface into the 21st century rant           New version better but

This app works about as well as the website I have done all my banking online for years After the upgrade to the website I get errors every time I am logged in This app is just an extension of the nonsense that is causing me to leave a bank with otherwise great customer service     Terrible Online Banking All Around

I use several banks and I love the service from ornl but the app is terrible It needs to be updated If u look at tva credit union app it is way better and I use mobile app for everything Please update this as it hasnt been in 2 years It needs to fit screen and also be more detailed and user friendly possibly save username     Please update

I hated the old app so much I used my phones browser and just go to the website This new update is a totally new app and its amazing Functional easy clean design its pretty sweet                 Im digging it

Usually doesnt work at all Lacks features common on most other mobile banking apps Not ready for prime time     Barely works on a good day

If all you want to do is check your balance this app almost gets the job done However as far as I know the balance shown does not reflect pending transactions Nothing updates Some transactions wont show up for days And thats only if the app actually loads in the first place The app doesnt respond to button presses the majority of the time and is really bad at switching tabs     Needs work

This app needs some upgrades For example I use an app on my phone as a check register I need to be able to switch between this app and the check register app to check off transactions as they clear through my checking account This app will not stay open while I switch back and forth between apps So its pretty useless I will be using the full web page instead        Not very useful

UPDATE 33015 Check photo deposit has had server is busy response for at least 4 days now Bummer this also is not working because that is the one really useful upgrade First review Blocked by security questions screen that looks like you are picking a security question again but acts like you give the wrong answer Are we supposed to also remember which random questions we setup in the past out of the list of 15 or so OR is it a setup screen     Blocked by security questions

Frustrating is the best way to describe this app The new update is very inconvenient I cant login to one of my two accounts due to device verification     Not impressed

After using the TVA CU app for over a year now I was expecting something similar from ORNL Boy was I wrong This app is like the Extra Extra Light version of the online portal There is very little you can see and very little you can do Many of us are not replacing our antiquated home computers because we do everything with our phones now everything that it except do our banking at ORNL Ive had accounts at both CUs for over 20 years now and have been thinking of consolidating everything at just one ORNL has made up my mind for me TVA will be getting all of my business just as soon as I can get my direct deposits changed over        DISAPPOINTING

When I get to the remember my device ID page it says we are experiencing technical difficulties Try again later Cant even give it a try Update the problem was that Ornl had my email address wrong Now that they fixed the email address the app works great              Cant even log in
