I have to open the app a million times before I can get it to work If it decides to work Ive contacted support and they havent been much help Very frustrated momma since I cant access via computer     Nightmare

I never write reviews But this app is a complete let down The app opens to the right login screen and allows me to login just like the web Then it just goes STUPID It pulls up the appropriate daycare and shows how many logins for the day and thats it It prompts you to select a room from above but there are no rooms I have selected every link at the top of the app but they take you elsewhere I have attempted using this app on both the iPhone and iPad Pbj is a great service that I truly enjoy especially since Im currently deployed overseas but this app needs work Hope for updates that are desperately needed     Disappointment

None of the rooms are showing up after I log in     App not working

The opening animation at launch is cute the first time However having to sit through that every time I open and reopen the app is exhausting and downright irritating PLEASE remove the script requiring us to login every time the app is launched I should only have to login once in my personal phone this is an app were talking about here and be able to open the app anytime thereafter to see my kids I expect to find many more bugs the more I use this app but will most likely end up logging in through IE on a PC BOTTOM LINE poor construction The development team needs to go back to the drawing board and perhaps perform some basic user acceptance testing before relaunching to parents     More trouble than its worth needs major overhaul

General idea is very good App rarely works consistently it does not feed video        Needs improvement

App is slow to function It is VERY annoying to have to relogin if I click on something else and come back to the app right away Its easier just to use the website on my phones Internet browser which tells you how badly functioning the app is     Needs major improvement

Just taking up for them Its not as bad as most of the reviews but it is buggy and the cams are very limited with the views Ive found that I have to open and close it on occasion when it hangs at the startup screen and I have been able to get it to work that way Once you close the app you have to completely start over That is a pain and if they could set this to keep you logged in even if for 5 minutes that would help a lot           Buggy but it does work

This pbj app is terrible I can rarely ever log in to see my child and the website is even worse It feels as if this company is worried more about a stylish appwebsite instead of a working functioning one     Rarely works

This app works but it needs a lot of improvement to make it more user friendly The animation is annoying and not needed There should be an option to keep you logged in Id be happy to even just have the log in time out after 30 minutes or so if it is a security concern Though having the app work with the iPhones fingerprint for security and to speed up logging in would rock too A help or something would also be a great feature or even just mention the app and the features on your main website I hope you guys update the app soon Id love to use it more Looks like Ill just log in through the website more than use the app        Needs improvement

It does not work It use to work but doesnt now Please fix it I loved it when it worked and didnt freeze     SMH

This app is the worst Whats the point in having it if it never lets you login     Never allows logins

Terrible app It hasnt been updated with developer since 2013 It is always freezing up shutting down completelyand I too agree that the beginning intro screen is annoying Just put the log in and password boxes in front so I can look at my kiddo     Terrible

This was my first time to use the app because I was told the quick view player wasnt working online which is why I couldnt see my son in his room So I tried the app and I am finally able to see him but to sign in and move around the app is like using dial up Please PBJ do something to make your app more seamless I do appreciate though I can finally see my son in his room If the app gets faster and less buggy Ill give you some more stars Lol        Very slow buggy but works

App is awesome Simply put Thank you all for doing what you do Im kind of an addict                 This app Rocks

I should not have to login in EVERY time I click my app And on top of that I have to sit and watch the start up for 5 mins before I can even login in     This is a mess
