I open up this app every few days to verify my savings and checking It takes a few seconds and I don t have to worry about referring to my account manager I no longer have to go to my local Pen Air bank to transfer funds from my minor savings to my minor checking And now that it supports IOS widgets I can check my funds without even opening the app If you have an account with Pen Air download this app                     Love the New Widgets Bethesda Fan For Life!

At first I was confused with the start up log in process because I was switching phones at the time and couldn t remember my info Called customer service and they were more than helpful with walking me through the process on the app I ve loved it ever since The quick look option is the best thing ever So easy to just scroll over and see how much is in my account instantly without logging on all over again                     Wonderful Kaesteeze

With how many apps we all use on a daily basis now surely anyone can see the flaws in Pen Air s app I do like in the new update you have a place to put memos and can sign up for alerts if there are certain things that happen to your account like a large withdrawal but the bad thing is these items are posted on your account for a while before you actually receive the notification They should be able to easily notify you right when something happens Also you now have to type in a password and username instead of just a pin with your account number I bank at 4 institutions and having to remember the member number for each is hard enough let alone another username and password I feel like there is a lot of updating Pen Air needs to do on this app             It s still outdated PrncssBP

This app is terrible they should not have messed with it I have several accounts now it s a headache to switch between accounts and a joint account is even worse If it s not broke don t fix it     Terrible update aalvare4

I m not sure what the big deal was with this new app I have several accounts at Penair and it was so easy to login with my phone and decided which account I wanted to access Now I have to have separate login ids to access each of them My accounts are no longer linked together To me that s a major design flaw More info I have to try and remember I do like the Touch ID feature BUT it does me no good if I want to access other accounts it only recognizes one account Again design flaw     Awful Tine-N-Fl
