Fantastic As the parent of a disabled child who takes 18 pills AM and 15 pills PM the health function alone makes it wonderful But that it has more capabilities is great I cant wait to get all my info in here turn on the service to receive my bills via email and Im off Well worth the time spent setting it up                 LOVE IT

Im a busy professional and my fiancé and I need to remember a lot of shared passwords credit card account info and frequent flyer numbers This app lets me safely share that stuff with him especially when were both running around onthego                 Great way to share essential info

I do not use apps that require me to register with my email address just to find out what they do and how they work     Nonstarter

Finally an app to store all the data I always forget write on a piece of paper and lose and never can access when I need it Like passwords credit card numbers health policy numbers and frequent flier numbers Now I can securely access it when I need it wherever I am I also like the fact that I can share this information with my husband or parents Total time saver for everyone                 Great app

This is really convenient for sharing passwords with my coworkers Cant wait to be able to import data from other servicessources                 A big step in the right direction

This app has promise Lets home they get their act together Very weak UI with collapsable sections that are expanded again when you return to a screen A support email link that opens an email that actually has instructions written in itthat the user has to spend the energy to erase before they can write to support Dont make me work to contact you Then dont expect an answer from support until you complain THEN dont expect a REAL answer Just some superficial junk Fake empathy The app itself has serious potential I have been clamoring for such an app But then they go and make it so you HAVE to use THEIR gems or templates for information WellYOU dont know about my products or the info I need to store Where is the spot for the serial number WaitI cant add that spot myself WHAT IS THE POINT of making an app that makes us only save the data that YOU want us to save Really weak thinking behind this thing They obviously could care less about the user base I recommend finding a different app You will have less frustration and surely get better service There is a web component that COULD be great Just what I wanted BUT again I cant do anything of my own interest there Only what THEY deem as fields that I might want Weak I wasted 90 minutes trying to get it to work Save yourself the trouble     Weak noncustomizable app Slow support

First off you must create an ACCOUNT with this company to use this software And so far I have been waiting over an HOUR for an activation emailSo far this does not bode well for me being impressed UPDATE It has now been FIVE HOURS so I guess this company doesnt care to add new customers DELETEING IT NOW     are you kidding

After downloading this app my card info was used in Chicago Fraud     Fraud

But linked in input didnt work and showed me other peoples cards even though I didnt ask for them BIG security risk        Great concept

I have been a Personal user for a while and could not live without the mobile app Having my data with me on the go is critical and the latest version of the app has some nice UI improvements I use the Fill It extension and my data vault has become even more valuable as I am constantly adding to it as I browse the web                 New Version Improved UI

I spent quite a bit of time trying to find my Gems via the Personalapp I could not for the life of me find them I could add new ones or add new contacts but my Gems never showed up After about 12 hour of trying I gave up I submitted a ticket to their support team and decided to check my phone again and they automagically showed up I was hoping for quicker gratification but it took a bit longer than I had hoped for importing and displaying on my phone Adding files online are not accessible via the app Trying to save images like Drivers License or Passports there is no option to see this stored data This could be key for situations with lost or stolen wallets or bags Website is very easy to navigate and very intuitive 50meg cap for storing files but this may be the limitation of the Beta as I could not find pricing to increase this amount Add additional features to app and this thing will sell faster the hot cakes           Great concept Missing key feature

As a security professional I appreciate the trade offs between convenience and security So I was pleasantly surprised at how much snappier the personalcom cloudvault is in this new release Also really like the coediting feature for shared data for the same reason                 Much better performance

Very impressed by the new feature that gives edit rights for data to someone else Makes perfect sense                 Excellent update

The app is wat I was looking for to store all kinds of random information from prescriptions to car information I like it a lot But My complaint is lack of a PIN code or Touch ID Please add these features so we can protect our data from unauthorized access              Great App but lacking security
