The new Petplan Claims app version 1.1 has been updated on 2014-10-17. The app makes it so easy to upload claims and check on their progress It is a much faster process than scanning and emailing documents or having to fill out forms One of my dogs has an ongoing medical condition and once the initial claim was approved it has been simple to upload additional invoices to the same claim and have them paid quickly When I submit a large amount of documents at once it can take a little while to complete the upload but otherwise the app is perfect App makes claim submission easy jtfl21
This year I had to submit multiple veterinary claims to Petplan This app saved me hours and hours and made the process easy Rather than repeatedly having to fill out longer paper forms I was able to answer a few questions and then just take a quick picture of the bill I didn t have to make copies of invoices for my records or deal with the hassle and delay of the mail Petplan did the rest I highly recommend both this app and this company Great App for Great Company Woodruff's Proud Dad
I have been extremely pleased with Pet Plan I have both of my dogs covered and have found Pet Plan lovely to work with I am particularly pleased with the ability to file claims using their app It s easy to navigate and Pet Plan responds by email right away to let you know the claim has been received The reimbursement is surprisingly fast when you use the app Initially you have to get copies of all of your pet s vet info and mail or FAX those Once those are on file you don t have to do it again to file a claim In addition I have always had extremely pleasant phone conversations with the staff at Pet Plan They are friendly helpful and kind I would recommend this plan to anyone Great plan Romy's Mom

This app is great It is so much easier than printing off a claim form filling it out scanning it back in and emailing You can take a photo of your claim documents through the app it takes all of a minute or two to complete and send in If you submit claims on a semi frequent basis I would definitely recommend downloading this app PetPlan User Hokie Mary
Still needs some work After completing all steps the app sometimes gets hung up and takes a few minutes to complete the claim submission I also don t like that I can t see all the details of prior claims submitted but not yet closed Lastly Touch ID works sporadically I keep getting the message do you authorize Touch ID and I ll click allow but next time I log on I m asked for email address and password again Almost perfect Hoursnotsaved

I love Pet Plan I hate this app Just FYI I have an iPhone 6 with the latest IOS A new email today from Pet Plan announced this new feature eliminating the hassle of paper claims First getting to the app via the email brought me to a login screen which refused my CORRECT login info and wanted me to change my password Not doing that Went to the web site no problem logging in with the same login info as before Went to the App Store Searched Go Pet Plan No results Its listed as PetPlan Claims Logged in successfully at the newly downloaded app Great until I reached my pets name There it appeared in the drop down menu When I tried to select it the entire app froze Tried it twice Same results Shame on Pet Plan for not properly testing this before releasing this app Its getting deleted here App Quits Immediately
An ERROR pops up when I try to submit a claim it will not go through Wont let me submit the claim
This app was obviously designed and built by a junior developer and there was no testing whatsoever At one point the app did work However these days it is not even possible to submit a new claim Any new claim will get stuck on the terms and conditions alert which the user cannot accept and move past I sure hope they fix the bug Good first try does not work
When I first got it and it was working it was great Then one day it just logged me out and I havent been able to get back in since Keep getting an invalid username or password message but when using the same thing on their website I get right in So its obviously not me its you guys Please fix this the app is so much easier to use when I can get into it Great when it works

I thought that submitting our claims was easy before the app The app makes the process even easier and saves me a lot of time because I dont have to fill out the claim form and scan all of the documents like I do to email our claims With two medical conditions we submit claims frequently for vet appointments and numerous medications The app has saved me a lot of time The only suggestion I would have is that it would be nice to have an option to add comments if necessary That would get all 5 stars Nice app Fast and easy way to submit claims
This application has great potential For some reason when you select your pets name its just wont select anything This makes the app useless Application Locks etc

Im on a iPhone 6 and this was the first time I used the app Its really simple to navigate through and to upload a claim Hope it keeps working this way This works
Unfortunately I have multiple animals and one with an autoimmune disease so I submit claims a lot This app makes it sooo easy Just put in the amount snap a picture of the receipt and any records you may have and its done Ive had a glitch with the camera a few times it just looks like a black screen sometimes so you think you cant take a picture but just snap it and it will take And if its not centered after you take it that first time it seems to fix the problem for the next picture The only real problem I have with it it seems my claims are taking much longer to process Usually I get a check in the mail very quickly after I fax a claim but I have claims I did through the app that are still pending from over 10 days ago It kind of makes it more of a hassle if the reimbursement is delayed Maybe theyre just having a busy time and its a fluke I hope so because otherwise I love this app Almost perfect
