Got it Set it up Went back in to change some settings States I don t exist and create new account I ve tried to create a new account SEVEN times and it says I m using unusual characters I m using letters and numbers Actually the exact same ones I used to set up the first time I ve deleted and reloaded the app three times and turned the machine off and on and reset it I ll email customer service but I really want to send it back Complete BS for what I paid for it UPDATE After a wasted afternoon I was able to get it going THEN it quit working on day 11 Super happy it didn t quit working while I was on vacation Even though I had someone checking in during the evenings the cats would have gone unfed all day Returning ASAP The worst     Ridiculous N. This app is the WORST Bizarre and counterintuitive Really difficult to use There s no simple way to reconnect to wifi if you drop the signal or have a power outage You d think you d just be able to schedule feeding times like on your calendar or alarm app Nope it s completely weird Designed to frustrate     Worst app jacseamt

When I bought the feeder and downloaded the app I honestly had no problems Yes sometimes it doesn t connect but in all honest even my security camera loses connection every now and then It s call wifi issues If it isn t working right you probably are doing something wrong Don t blame a good app for your inability to be tech savvy Remember most wifi router has 2 4 GHz and 5 GHz wifi network Make sure when you connect your feeder that you connect it using your 2 4GHz wifi network                     It works great razorback72687

This was awesome the first 3 days now my video doesn t work even when I m at home right next to it under the same wifi not sure if they need to update a version or something but it still feeds her automatically but I can t see her when I m at work anymore Maybe if the mic worked that would still be worth it             Awe Natatae
