Great App for a great game                 Great app

This is a very nice app An update to include new bestiary books as well as npcs from the codex would be much appreciated           Needs updating

This app has so much potential but hasnt been updated for quite awhile Also it would be great to edit andor copy and edit monsters Especially the names so they would be easier to track in battle Please update the material and add some additional features        Somewhat Useful

This app puts every creature at your fingertips It serves as an initiative tracker monster reference guide and battle manager and it works flawlessly                 Another essential tool for the Pathfinding GM

I like this app but would just echo the other posts More customization of the encounters and creatures would be nice However its great for setting up your encounters so u dont have to search through the book              Pretty sweet

This app is by far the best initiative tracker I have ever used It not only functions as a combat tracker but also as a fully functioning bestiary The only thing it needs is either the ability to create and manage your own monsters or an update to add the NPC Codex to the app I love using human enemies and this app sadly doesnt include that Despite that I would absolutely recommend this app to every DM who is tired of messing with the clunky interfaces of other apps                 Amazing But Needs More Customization

Wish there were instructions negative numbers are a pain learned by trial and error still a good app that will save you time              Good but needs more

This is a very handy app I recommend it and I think it is worth the price I used it on a camping trip this weekend and it made it possible to run the campaign with my ipad and a few dice as pc and monster tokens There are however a couple of features that this should have that are preventing me from giving it 5 stars You cant rename monsters which can make keeping track of them difficult You can apply status affects but cant apply durations to the status affects so you must still keep track of them manually anyway There is no place to put any campaign notes monster notes or PCM notes The roll to attack feature is cool but you cant apply it directly to anyone else You need to add the damage as a separate transaction Finally it is difficult or at least confusing to add or remove pcs and npcs to and from a battle in progress Or to edit their stats It would also be nice to search for monsters by level and or terrain Add these features and I will give it 5 stars I will even buy an addon to do this Keep up the good work              Almost great

Just playing around with the app I like the simplicity and how it tracks combat hp My complaints would be that the monsters are only from the beastiary and there is no way to create your own My group plays adventure paths and half the monsters in the ap are created for the ap I would love to see the ability to add new monsters So I could before a game add in the stats from monsters in the ap Also I would love the ability to add templates to existing monsters This relates to aps as well as many of the monsters are slightly different such as an advanced shark or a giant Overall a great product but may not see much use from my group              A nice app that could use a couple tweaks

Very nice app although saved battles will eventually crash the program           Usefull app

Havent used in a game yet but I like this app so far Easily have monster info at your finger tips Would like to be able to apply temples to monsters As in make a wolf zombie                 Wow

Ive bought several of the combat tracker apps in the App Store This is the best one Ive seen I only gave four stars because the feature it needs is the ability to add new creatures and modify creatures add and remove templates and edit abilities to earn that fifth star A feature I would very much like to see would be the ability to use the second monitor feature via Apple VGA dongle or Apple video out dongle so my players can see the initiative order but NOT see all the creature details and so forth Several of the battle map apps have this type of feature and its really great Pulling PC stats from my Hero Lab files via Dropbox would also be another great feature Thanks for a great app Keep up the great work              Good Stuff

Loving the info Great material But How do I assemble a battle I click battle But how do I add characters and creatures              Good but confused

I had no problems using this append its great when I just want to look up monsters to sick on my friends                 Great

Works great with standard monsters but I cant create encounters that require enemy NPCs advanced or modified monsters Please add this ASAP Update 04FEB2013 Crashes every time I try to load a prebuilt encounterbattle Needs bug fix        Great app but needs a way to customize

Fantastic App Really needs NPCMonster customization Need to be able to remove dead monsters from initiative order Need hold and drag to adjust initiative order I really like this app              Fantastic

I have sadly purchased almost every initiative tracking app on the market place The one I have been using does absolutely everything I want it to do but it does it very slowly and it crashes a bit too often Then I have to reload and lose progress from my encounter This newer app does a lot and it does it very quickly But there are a couple of things it cant currently do that are currently preventing it from being my go to app What this app does right This app is quick and intuitive There is very little loading to worry about and I am able to switch back and forth between this and PFRPG rd with ease Everything is well tracked and presented neatly and efficiently Attacks saves and other rollscan be autorolled and rerolled I cant stree enough here how nice the presentation is and how quick the navigation is Room for improvement No option for monster customization what so ever I can not create custom NPCs not even as a place holder with a short description The expended OGL Pathfinder monsters and NPCs are not currently in the database Also I can not delete and add monsters from encounters on the fly but rather have to back out and edit the encounter If these issues are remedied in future updates this WILL be my go to combat app                 Great with room for improvement

It was released yesterday and I purchased it right away because the PFRPG app was so well done I ran two encounters out of it last night and it was very useful butno way to customize the monsters meant I still had to pull out the books for my gargantuan dire bat CR 8 Everything else from hp and initiative tracking to basic monster info and their special attacks and feats was very useful The app is worth buying if your a GM                 Very useful but needs some customizing options

Its Really Fun But Its boring by your self and I want some new monsters if you do it will be more fun                 Really Fun With People

One note though the contract devils whip damage is messed up as it claims to deal only 0 damage Other than that Ive noticed no problems Will you be adding other source books in the future Also a way to distinguish monsters by type outsider undead etc would be nice Still all in all a great app              Great app very useful

This app is very good Although I would like to be able to input character attack values and saves rather than just HP and initiative though monsters stats are very thorough dont get me wrong it is still useful to track battles No issues so far                 Very useful not as customizable

Very nice application Two things would make this app rock Provide the capability to add custom monsters Allow the DM to set buffs on players haste bulls strength magic circle against evil etc for a duration I realize thats a lot of spells to add but it would take this app to the 10 range easily My suggestion on the spells is to allow the GM to track buff times outside of battle by manually setting the time that has passed Once in battle obviously spells durations can be decremented by the rounds that pass in battle              Customizable monsters

I like this app It is just what I want IF a few improvements were made I am using it to manage large encounters My review is intended to help improve it My recommendation to other gamers reading this is to buy the app and watch for improvements This is off to a great start This is extremely useful but it has limitations that leave me still having to swap around to other apps books and paper There are also a few problems With the new version the app crashed if I tried to open any of my existing battles Luckily they had already been fought The init valuesorder dont update once the app is loaded I have to move the slider to access the init button and then enter an init manually This is too time consuming in the middle of a session I want to just hit a button and get a new init order It would be very nice if it would total up the XP so that I can see that the total XP equates to a CR that is an appropriate challenge for the APL as well as give out the XP when the battle is won I would like to add more informative text to keep notes for the encounter I have planned I need to mix in NPCs and customized monsters I would like access to the data files so I can extend the database I am a programmer with many years of experience so I can work with raw data without requiring input forms I dont have time to write my own app and this one is on the right track I hope it evolves to the DM tool it has the potential to be I would be willing to assist on a voluntary basis in order to have the app I want without writing one myself One other possible solution is to allow the player character entries to track a bit more info such as current hit points instead of just kill and ress This could at least be used to store NPCs and customer monster basic info though the preference would be to be able to have a fully customizable NPC and monster capability              Off to a great start but

Good app that speeds up being a DM                 Useful app

A good app Everything works just like it should but at the risk of beating a dead horse it needs the ability to customize or import monsters and the ability to customize or choose monster colors for years I have painted the bases of my minis to help distinguish between identical figures it would be nice if I could match those colors with the little color bars in this app As it stands your players cannot fight humans elves dwarves or any other really common core race enemies because theyre not included in the list of monsters you get That makes it really hard to run a game using this app              Good but

I never leave reviews but this app I amazing Ran a flawless session with this app melee ranged saving throws crits damage healing spells special attacks It does it all I love it One bug though if you have a group of one type and then edit it later it doesnt account for the 5 kobolds youve already added For example youd have kobolds 15 and then Kobolds 13 It gets confusing Other than that awesome job                 This app is fantastic

First the good news This is handsdown the best Pathfinder battle tracker available on iOS The interface is mostly intuitive and friendly and the app is straightforward to use after a bit of experimentation and playing around with it If youve been searching for the best combat tracker tool youve found it I can recommend this with confidence Room for improvement As almost every other reviewer has mentioned this app desperately needs the capability to add custom monsters Most if not all of the published adventures for PF have monsters that are modified in some way This app has no effective way to account for it One semiuseful workaround is to add custom monsters as Players in the app This will allow you to specify the basic combat stats of the monster and at least will offer a placeholder for your paper notes about the custom beast But the app really needs to support custom monsters natively with the capability to permanently add monsters to the monster database including lists them in the CR lists If this functionality is added this app jumps to an easy 55 stars But rest assured that even if this capability is never added this tracker is the best one on the market and easily worth the purchase price              The best PF battle tracker available but room for improvement

Like what others have said it would be nice if you could import characters from other sources The NPC Codex in the PFRPG rd app has lots of builds that would allow for an easy transfer into this app              Some slight improvements

Great app going to make DMing so much easier My requests for future releases are pretty much the same as everyone elses 1 Customizable monster itd be awesome if the basic races were in the monster section and I could pick human and build the stats from scratch 2 Add reordering to the players section                 Love This App

This is a great app I love the scrolling as it goes through the initiative order I would however like to see some more customization especially with the ability to create my own monsters as well as to affect their stats Creation of monster is far more important Hopefully this will come in a future update              Good app

I use the PFRPG RD app exclusively so when I heard about this app I was very excited The tracker is excellent with very convenient stat blocks and dice roller mechanic Very clean and well organized Its very responsive and fast load times It would be the definitive tracker app if Customizable monsters levels classes etc edit the order the battles are listed so I could rearrange and juggle as a checklist the PCs have done some kind of a loot generator maybe But I love the app and its highly functional as is              Very nice

This app is phenomenal as a campaign building resource allowing sorts by HD Plenty of other features too                 Excellent

Making it so that you can custom make monsters would be a LOT of work although nice and would love to see it in the future What I would like to see sooner though is minor things like being able to change the hit points like maximize for battles Adding monsters on the fly during a battle without having to back out and edit the battle And when you add a condition have countdown timer of how long the condition is suppose to last instead of it just keeping track of how long the condition has been up Have purchased all of your apps and will continue to Keep up the good work                 Decent app

While a good app overall the lack of customization available makes this almost unusable for many GMs for running battlethough great for a reference guide For instance HP values for monsters cant be changed or even randomized NPCs would have to be entered in like PCs which is rough Also it seems to crash sometimes when entering the log mode from the battle screen           Customization needed

It would be nice if the app could flip sideways landscape on my iPad instead of being locked in portrait Aside from that bizarrely absent feature and the inability to add custom NPCs and Monsters this app is wonderful              Superb but requires landscape mode and customization

This is a bona fide fantastic app It takes all of the memorization copying dicerollingandadding complexity out of GMing combats It already has all of the monsters in Bestiary 13 I have used most of the other apps for combat management for iPad and this is by far the best Combat Manager has a nice feature of customizing monsters through templates and advancement that would be a very solid addition for PF Battle I would be willing to pay for ingame expansions for the value of the data and the ability to customize monsters Keep up the great work Lanza Guiseppe                 Amazingly intuitive a musthave for Pathfinder GMs

This app would be perfect if it let you add more player character stats and create custom monsters Also it would be nice to be able to rearrange the order of battles and characters that you have already entered into the app Aside from those things the app works really well Worth the money              CUSTOMIZATION

I cant imagine running a game now without this app Does it do everything I need Yes Does it do everything I want No but it comes really close and the developer actively listens to feedback and provides new features and updates That is why I am rating this as 5 stars This is a really cost effective way to speed up combats                 Solid fun RPG combat tracking app
