Enjoyed this appbut has stopped loading any new stories for the past few days        Stopped loading

This is a much more intuitive interface Complete redesign and user friendly compared to the old app Great start                 Great update

Why does this app STILL not behave like any other iOS app When you tap the top of the screen you should scroll to the top of the story or list The iPad version does it so why not on the iPhone And why does the app forget what article youre reading every time you close it I shouldnt be dumped back out to the main screen if I have to briefly switch to another app     Still has issues

It takes a while to load then way more often than not it cuts out altogether     Not well maintained

App has some issues Downloaded for the sports only The leftist opinion that they pass off as news stories are worthless     Ok

I want this to be a great app Id settle for a consistent and up to date app When I get a notice that SCOTUS has declared same sex marriage a right I want to tap it and go right to the coverage The leading article on the Sixers didnt interest me in the first place I want every article to fit on my screen I want ads that cover the text to be deletable I want this to be the app I turn to find out whats happening in Philadelphia It isnt     Why

This was a decent app until they added pop up ads Now it is intolerable since the ads dont load and basically block all content Good work dying newspaper industry     Pop up ads

Do not download the update When Im underground without service the pages come up white and do not load At least before if I had a section loaded I could read it without service     Terrible update

Can no longer read the full article The page freezes half way down        What happened

Biggest problem is if you are reading an article and need to take a break and go to another app or make a call the app resets and goes back to the main page instead of where you left off Constantly have to search for the article again Annoying Also annoying you cant zoom in on photos Otherwise I like the content Please fix        Please fix

Improved number of stories in feed as compared to previous app can be slow to update Im also having trouble finding the editorialopinion section Navigation is rather cumbersome I would REALLY appreciate a search feature to find specific stories or authors           Missing search

Im a Philadelphian Phillycom is one of several WHYY KYW Philly Voice could consistently relavent news sources I use to stay informed about the goings on in Philadelphia and vicinity In my opinion as the Inquirer and Daily News are the true Legacy Media with arguably the greatest news gathering resources in the market the Phillycom app should be the same place where I go multiple times each day to find news and information I need to stay informed Unfortunately the solid information at Phillycom is tough to use and easy to dislike for three main reasons 1 Boobytrapped Ads open new pages without my clicking on them 2 Old Articles constantly appear on the news feed 3 25 or so of articles cant be read because the column width becomes too wide after one or two paragraphs For the record I am a longtime subscriber to the analog version of the Daily News Heres hoping that HF Gerry Lenfest or some other interested party is paying attention and fixes these aggravating issues        Weak App OK News Feed A Mystery Why It Hasnt Been Fixed

App itself is as bad as the content Never works right Slow loads the wrong content Just terrible     Awful

The Philadelphia Inquirer and Daily News have been dying a slow death for many years and this app proves why sloppy journalism poor spelling and grammar and frequent errors The app has outdated articles with many mistakes that fail to refresh properly It needs a be total overhaul and redesign with better and more relevant content     Sloppy journalism in an outdated app

App was great but now locks up with the pop up Until they fix it is a waste of time     Ruined

Ads everywhere On an App that was paid for Combine that with the mind boggling stretches where certain sections dont refresh for hoursdays and you realize why this is a failing business Latest update lengthy delays while loading articles articles that dont fit the page more ads Fonts dont render correctly in iOS9     Garbage News App

I really like the design and article content I check the app several times throughout the day However more and more frequently I open an article and it goes straight to the ad Once the ad is opened I cant return to the article content It just keeps resending me to the ads page Ive just redownloaded this app 4 times in the past hour because I have no way to get back to the content of the articles Please fix this        Ughhhh

Terribly frustrating trying to use this app Between the endless popup ads and stories that you click on which never come up Ive just stopped using it all together     Not good

Love the update especially for my iPad2 Problem is it crashes all the time on iPhone 4S AND my iPad        Nice update but crashes frequently

Ever since they moved up to 81 you can hardly read the stories now even if you go to the log to try and make words bigger it wont do it           Can hardly read now

Did have an issue where an ad took control of your browser if you go near a new bar at the bottom It was fixed and is better than before           Problems Fixed Now a 3

Philadelphia and the suburbs are the home to many people The region is also very important to past residents and sports fans This app gives you the news as you would want it without all the filler It is easy to navigate they only send alerts when I would want them it never feels annoying like other news apps Give it a try I love it                 Amazing app keeps getting better

you like being sent to the app store in the middle of reading just about every article because of pop ups that show up and are so sensitive that if you even look at them wrong they think you want to leave the article to download the game Otherwise an OK app that gives typical biased news in Philly        Great App IF

I hate to give this app only two stars but they offered no apps support when you click on it just brings you to a page Facebook crashes when youre trying to post through this app and it is very annoying I am hoping that they read this and correct the problem        Facebook crashes on iPad

When you try to open a selected story the story does not open happens almost every time Find your news from another source where the app designer cares about their work     Dont get this app

They changed the feature where you can download news and then read offline Not anymore I dont know why they changed this feature You can no longer use it when not connected eg Plane or subway Please bring back this feature     Does not work offline

Seriously whats up with the pop up windows that you cant get rid of that block the articles youre trying to readseems being able to read the articles on a news app would be an important feature to have Please fix     Really

This app is too hard to navigate It is almost impossible to get to the next story Its not worth the trouble     Too hard to navigate

Overall I like the app and use it as my main source of news The one big issue I have is that part of the story gets cut off I have to change the font size to show whatever was hidden behind the ads Not the worst thing ever but annoying to do on EVERY story           Good but needs better font sizing

I love the content this app provides with great local national and international news stories from excellent writers but then youll get a pop up ad that wont even load and either wont be able to close or it will keep popping up over and over again so you cant get to the story Way too frustrating        Good stuff bad problems

The app is great One item i hope can be included is the user input for sports articles at the bottom With sports its always enjoyable to hear the vibe of the city              Works great

Aside from a few articles that have style glitches body text is tiny and only the headlines can be resized the app works nicely It replaces the 10 home screen bookmarks I keep to get me quickly to the mobile web site sections One section that appears to be missing is the new Trending section on the Web site Content is top notch journalism Keeps me in touch with home even though I live 200 miles away Great sports coverage              Good so far

Theyre trying to be more than a simple newspaper read Consistently crashes Cant page through the 40 some stories without having to close app in the background Used to be you could read all day and never have to close the app Save the videos and picture essays for someone elses app I just want to read the news stories Otherwise Ill watch the talking heads on TV     Terrible app
