Photo French - learn French with 2000 Photos!

Im going to Paris on vacation next month and thought I should try to learn some vocabulary before I go I stumbled upon this app today and so far its amazing Ive never had much success studying lists of French vocabulary words and their English translations But with this app you quickly learn to associate the French word directly with the thing it represents without having to translate everything in your mind first Id recommend using swipe learning first to get familiar with the words Then when you take the different kinds of quizzes youll find that you just kind of know the answers without really having to think about it It just works Ill revise my review after I use it more can you revise reviews but so far Im quite impressed                 Pretty nifty app

The app seems to have great information but severely needs updating Freezes at the end of ever lesson and randomly crashes on iOS 8 Also is obviously not updated to the iphone 5 and 6 native screens Very disappointed that i actually paid money for this app despite the information contained        Potential

Downloaded app It worked badly for a few minutes and now it does not work at all     This app does not work

I love learning languages immersively but hadnt found anything yet that did the trick until now This app really lets you get into the language without the boring and sometimes painful translation back into English I just look at the pictures and listen I turned text off because I want to speak and understand French but am not so interested in learning spelling the words are mainly basic words too basic perhaps for me at my level of Spanish but just perfect for me and my children to start learning French together There are verbs and nouns and even some helpful prepositional phrases I lke that What I dont like is that I sometines need to gess the word type cloudy vs cloud etc but I did find myself memorizing the pictures as well as the French words I would like phrases too which I missed and think arent in the app The pronunciation is very good and I can really understand it well over the speaker so learning together is quite easy I like that many different voices mf are in there so that is refreshing an dkeeps it from getting dull well done                 what ive been waiting for
