Was my go to ping utility for iOS however my DNS server went offline and I can t ping by IP address Just get an error Unable to resolve 192 168 0 100 Yea it is an IP address it doesn t need to be resolved     Can t ping without DNS HighTechJoe

This app does exactly what it claims to do and does a nice job I like the layout of the realtime chart The user interface is sparse and not completely intuitive at least to me but who cares if it works I give it 5 stars because it does just what I wanted Two features I would like to see are a multiple sites in a single chart and b a chart showing round trip times for user defined HTTP requests                     Works well no frills PeteHumphrey

The app has a simple interface and functions as advertised Apparently others who critical reviews failed to have the necessary knowledge and expertise to understand precisely what is required to use this type of tool The tool has an input box at the top right wherein you type a hostname or IP address and it continuously sends ICMP Echo commands and rates the connection based upon the speed of the return responses and how many pings are not responded to lost packets It performs this function well                 Simple and functional WalkaboutTigger

No it s not the most complicated feature laden network app out there It also doesn t cost a fortune Love it when people want a 99 cent app to have the feature set of something costing many times more Perspective people maintain thy perspective It isn t spectacularly special as a ping tool but it has two very nice things I haven t found in any other iOS ping app yet It measures jitter and it calculates an MOS score both very important to VoIP and other time sensitive net applications This is super cool and worth all 99 pennies                     Perfect especially if you are working with VoIP nickname92829

does a good job of testing connectivity one small feature request that s admittedly an odd one it would be great to have an audible indication of connection quality i want to test connectivity in cases where i can t actually see the scrern for example inside a metal box and it would be usefull to ve able to hear the Pings in terms of latency loss etc keep up the good work                 solid app expert mouser

This app is so weak it should be free I want to be able to save the full dataset result Not just email the summary I d also like to be able to replay the entire result on the screen and not just see the last 10 pings results Take a look at ping plotter pro for the PC and do that for iOS     Weak Dkent2000.com

It is great if you are having issues with a site or server do many pings and see your intermittenet issue This is a must for any IT rep Will not be used often but when I have to use it it will be worth adding some zeros at the end of the price as it will help me do my job better For this price it is a no brainer I probably would not have ordered if I did not get the promo code that would have been a big mistake Thank you soo much for this I had no idea P S Webserver was intermittenet and pinging it for 20 minutes showed nothing Pinging it for a few hour there was bigtime data loss Quickly found it was a cablemodem giving us an issue with all servers and had the internet provider in and fixed as I was getting other calls It is nice to say to the customer We know where the problem is and it should be fixe in 5 min Made them feel we were on top of the issue and I WAS Thanks again Please write more apps and let me know when they are out as your other app Wifi Analizer is INSANE I constanly am changing peoples routers to frequencies that double their performance They pay 40 a month for internet and I double there wireless speed quick and easy because of the info you cheap app provides That app is worth 50 to me and I would buy it again if apple allowed it in the app store again Everyone is blown away by your IT type apps and nobody more than me Thanks I was given a promo code and this review was because I WANTED to make it Simple yet VERY usefull app                     Excellent App fredmi
