I can t put my pets full name on this app I m sad             So far so good but Crystlestar

I just received my Poof tracker today after ordering it It set up easily but I haven t received a confirmation email for my account and yes I ve checked everywhere The app isn t iPhone X friendly and I can t even refresh the data for my dog on the main page because it won t let me scroll down It seems very buggy I would love to be able to use it as wanted         Good concept but app is lacking glassesclub

I bought the pea tag for my dog so far it works ok I have no idea what to compare the activity score to as they just pull a number out of thin air But so far it is still working My biggest complaint is the app itself as it has a nasty habit of crashing shutting down completely If I want to check the news feed I can t access it at all My other small dog has a FitBark it s much more informative and the app works great Soo if you weren t like me and had already purchased the tag try the FitBark instead         It sorta works O sheesh I am jazzy

I got this as a present and I was very disappointed I got the been first and it was the rechargeable one It s charged the first time and then after that there was no notification that the battery was dead or anything I charged it again and it worked but then after that two weeks into it the thing died I will say that their customer service is great because they replaced the device for me for free but the same thing happened again where this time when it died the device would not charge They did send me the Pea and I m not very happy with that either because now with the new app it won t let me follow anybody and he keeps crashing I think they need to rethink the way that they are trying to track pets and their fitness They really need to fix their devices and the app I am very unhappy with this This is a very disappointing product     Not the best product No1paru

What a great way to make sure our dog is getting the rest and exercise he needs The app tells us how much of his food he should eat and that is so helpful because we were under feeding him significantly And we love the social part of the app where we can share his achievements and photos with other pet owners                     We love it i8Ninja

Major issues Crashes when trying to set goal push notification when turning in airplane mode Lots of apps lose functionality but none of them are this annoying Minor issues would really like multiple owners also doesn t track intensity as well as fitbark did         Needs work jeremykallman

I like the device and for basic stats and reporting the app does work However the app will crash when you try to install new firmware and when you select the option to set goals         The App Could Use Work mattcm2010

At the beginning it worked great I got one of the early ones in October 2016 Then once the battery dips below a certain threshold it stops recording One time it was 65 We should get notifications if the battery needs to be changed That would help I replaced the battery last Sunday Didn t record much Sunday through Wednesday and what little it recorded was wrong Yesterday and today s was fine Dependability is suspect I ll give this battery a chance but I may just take it off if it gives me anymore trouble And fortunately they updated their website It was pretty miserable in the beginning         Neat idea Not so good on the execution DBW1576

App always says poor network connection regardless of whether or not I m connected to WiFi That makes it impossible to add custom food upload profile picture of my pet         Good product terrible app V. Rose

I m not as active as my Boxer would like The Poof app lets me know when my Boxer has been sleeping too much not getting enough exercise Since I m goal oriented seeing the data motivates me to give my Boxer more exercise I also love how it gives me calorie intake number how it ranks my boxers to other pets the competition keeps us motivated                 Helpful App for my Boxer latndiva

It tracks my dogs activity level Uh I don t care how active my dog is I ordered it because I thought it would track him if he got lost There are tons of GPS dog collars out there Why is it hard for Poof to incorporate GPS I want to return it Waste of     Useless TracyTunes

The good It actually arrived Nice packaging The tag was spelled right The not so good kinda cheesey plastic thing with a stick on personalized engraving and 2 collar mounting systems Being 70 lbs of bouncing boy dog the choice was narrowed to one the hang from his collar the other one mounting was too small for the collar Stuck on the engraving angry snapped the Poof thing into the supplied plastic holder and attached to his collar Connected with the Poof app and off he went That was the last time I saw the Poof The advertised pet finder feature didn t materialize instead I rec d a pet Fitbit Wonderful     Useless Ridgetopboy

The Poof device isn t logging any activity even though the device is linked battery full and we just hiked for 3 5 hours I tried deleting the device and then re linking it but that didn t seem to work either I love the concept of this device but mine doesn t seem to work             Pup Silly Tilly 04
