I just switched health carriers due to a job change This is awful The app wont even open Wish I could go back to the convince of Group Healths app     Terrible

This app is awesome I learned a lot that I did not know about my insurance              New user

It is a satisfactory app It does what i need it to do              For what it is

By far the laziest app ever written Its basically links everything back to their website Biggest waste of time ever     Crappiest app in the world

Does its job well if you can remember a pass word and know how to use your iPhone features you will love this app love the email ID card to provider feature and find a dr with locator helps to not need to search                 Great App

Cant even log in put my info in only flashes logging in then nothing stays at the log in page this is a piece of junk not worth the download time     Premera Mobile

Every time I leave the app briefly it logs me out Incredibly inconvenient Give me the option to stay logged in or remember my password        Remember my login

This app has absolutely NO useful information The information it does have is incorrect I currently have the silver plan It states on here my family deductible is 1500 WRONG 3000 Maximum out of pocket 1500 Really More like 9000 I downloaded this app to have easy access to find out how much has gone towards my deductible No where to be found My advicedont download     Not right

One star for proof of insurance and another for letting me search for doctors No other stars for making me login every time I open the app and not being able to browse claims        Just 2

I would give this 5 stars if they allowed multiple accounts to be shown I am the mother of young children who all have their own insurance card The app only allows 1 card to be associated with the app It does not help I still have to carry all of the cards with me making this app fairly useless It would be a great app if it held all the information for the whole family        Show multiple accounts

The Premera mobile website is terrible The app literally uses the website for all of its searches The reason I downloaded the app was to get away from the glitchy bug ridden user unfriendly mobile site Two stars because it has some other okay features mobile insurance card But in my heart I want to give it one star        Dont bother

Last year I had Lifewise insurance This year Premera Because both are the same company my Lifewise login was my Premera login but the app wouldnt do anything because the identification number associated with the account was still the old Lifewise number This forced me to create a new account with the Premera id for this app to work Also the map all feature only maps the first few not all           Lifewise to Premera

I downloaded this app to find claims information but you cant do it Theres other types of information available but NO CLAIMS INFO That should be the first option     No Claims Info

I had no idea Premera had an app until I did a search This is going to help me a lot I dont check my account often and when I do I end up having to reset my password Having this app on my phone my account goes with me I love the proof of insurance feature Thanks so much for this app              Nice surprise

I dont see anything that says log out so how are you supposed to log out of the app Also I dont see a way to search for claims If its possible to do these things its not very obvious        Missing some basic functions

I have been using this app for a few months now I like the ease of looking up a doctor checking my claims sometimes seen within a day and making sure what my benefits are before I get a procedure I see a lot of negative reviews but not sure why I have had no problem navigating for what I need It could howeverwait a moment I just tried to look at my benefits to see about a date It kept coming back with an error message for retrieving information Interesting I hope that gets looked at because I have been happy with the app until this moment Strange Another positive are the TIPS that come up when it takes time to retrieve the information I just with it could stay on a little longer until it could be read or have a tab just for the TIPS to look at later              Pretty Good

I have an iPhone 5 The main reason I wanted this ap was for the membership info and as soon as I tap on the bar to take me to that spot the ap drops me entirely out If theyd fix that Id love this ap     Unhappy
