I was hoping to have a better more integrated approach rather than duplicating the mobile web site in an application This app is no better than adding a bookmark to the web page to my phone screen     Web app vs wasting space for an app

I like that I can check my balance on my phone but it always asks for an access code and I alway click that I dont want to be asked every time I log in Its very annoying You need to fix it        Asks for access code each and every time

The app still isnt what I would call ideal However its a MASSIVE improvement like twenty times better The look and feel of the app has made it to about 2 years ago but the navigation of the app is now current              Much much better

New review The problem with the app reloading every time you check your text messages to get the access code it sends you is now fixed After the code is imputed it asks if you want to turn the feature off so it wont ask for the code next time you log in This is a bogus question and does not do anything even if you answer it with yes Only require my username and password with this device it will still ask you to send the access code you your device every time you try to log in Previous review The app will reload and ask for a new access code every time you have to leave it to check your text messages for the access code that you have it set to send to I was locked out of my account multiple times before I learned to change my text message notification settings just for this app It also asks you if you want to remove the extra security features to bypass this access code this feature does not work           Kinks to work out

Ive been waiting a long time for this app to come out since I got the iPhone Thank you Im very happy now                 Yes finally

The mobile deposit feature does not work in this app I have updated to the newest version and its no where to be seen Huge disappointment Transfers work Account balance and activity works But if youre going to market the mobile deposit feature which is a huge draw Maybe make it more accessible           Mobile deposit not working

Handles the basics ok but has two major problems 1 it took two calls to customer service to determine that I needed to register my phone number on the login security screen of the main web site before I could login on my iPhone Before that the app kept asking me my security challenge questions but kept saying login attempt failed 2 entering date ranges is a major pain You have to tap each date field monthdayyear separately and when you do the keyboard switches from numerical mode to alpha mode The app should be smart enough to keep the keyboard in numerical mode if youre entering data in a numerical field Better still add a date picker        Needs work

Finally Premier jumped on that bandwagon But the photos are not being excepted no matter how many times I try They are centered bright in focus This is disappointing        Was excited about mobile deposits

Keeps forgetting my iPhone and constantly need to send a new access code every time I use it Totally ignores the validation process for the phone If you need to quickly check your balance or find if a charge has hit you will become very frustrated     Needs to be fixed

This app is BS It often asks me to verify my device by getting a text to my phone with a code to enter Says its a one time thing but it happens all the time Then it asks if this is secure and to keep info for future logins which I accept but it never does Awful     Crap

This app is crap I was able to login on my computer but this app wont let me Its ridiculous Fix it And please make an online deposit option     Crap app

A great app if all the bugs are worked out Every time I log in it says it needs an access code because it doesnt recognize my device This is fine for the first time you install and loginbut it asks every time And another bug is when you get your access code texted to you youyou have to login again and request for the access code text AGAIN to get back to the screen where you can type it inIve now just resorted to accessed my account through the internetsafari     Needs the bugs worked out

Very convenient app that is very easy to use Glad Premier America launched this app                 GREAT APP

The app works okay Thats not the problem The problem is that its not a good looking app It looks like it was made in the nineties If your online banking provider is intuit then why would you go with mshift for your mobile banking provider Update your app Make it look like the 21 century Maybe look into intuit because the online banking is very nice to look at        Not my favorite
