I was required by work to start using this email encryption service to ensure patient confidentiality I have had nothing but trouble with it from day one I created a password which only works approximately 50 of the time When it decides not to work it will give me the message Oops Wrong password If I keep trying it will lock me out of my account for 12 hours at which point I will have to do a very frustrating and time consuming song and dance to reset my password and get my emails I have used several other email encryption services which have been far less exasperating     So secure I can t get into my own account Alicia822

I ve noticed the app no longer opens PDF or word files All I get now is a black screen I can t say for certain but it seems to be a problem since the iOS upgrade                 Usually great recently flawed Drm1283
