Id give this app one star but I love Nordy This app is constantly crashing It never remembers my login email nor keeps me logged in The most annoying thing about this app is that I have to login about 510times until it finally recognizes me Plz fix this        Never remembers me

There are no items pictures or items prices The app simple says you what some brands item arrives to the nearest store Thats all     Useless

This app makes shopping at The Rack even easier                 Neat app

This app seems like a great idea but after setting my styles this app has yet to actually work and notify me of new items in store It just always says check back new items arriving everyday Whats the point     Doesnt work for me

Every time I try to log on it says I am on an unsecure network even though I am on my home securenetwork Have also tried LTE and other secure networks without any luck     Used to love this app but no more

If you are looking for specific designer clothes and accessories this app is great Will tell you what brands have arrived at your favorite Nordstrom rack store each day It wont tell you the exact style but it will let you know that certain items have come in Ive found some awesome deals because of it              Great app

Its a great app to get you into the store but once in the employees cant find the items the app said were in I went in several times only to NOT find any of the items the app listed If the app showed pictures and sizes of items this app would receive 5 stars        Have but have not

It has some sort of signing out issue always signing me out It would be nice if I could tweak what Im notified about after using the app for a bit For instance turn off notifications for certain brands or certain items within certain brands The Style selection is too vague Id like to know if there is an exact item Ive seen at Nordstroms that is now available at The Rack           Nice app needs work

No pictures at all just the brand name and item type Useless and a disappointing half baked idea at best     Pointless

During setup on my iPhone the app selected male as my sex which I didnt notice until after I hit done The app has no way to edit or correct the setup info So after searching and other attempts to fix the info I deleted the app     Rigid App

Simple but does what it says and a great thing to have for the Rack where you wouldnt know what was there without going in Look forward to where this app will go as well                 Works great

The new version of this app is horrible I often get sku not found errors The app crashes all the time when I try to access my stored favorites It is a total headache     Crap

It wont let you shop or look at items it just tells you there are new Prada bags at a store near me I gotta go there anyway to look so why bother Also I clicked Female but menswear kept popping up     I dont get it

I was shopping in the store and while in the dressing room was able to scan the tag to search for another size Lo and behold the item I was looking for was in store and in three others nearby Im mean super easy and useful                 Much improved and useful

You built an app to tell people a store got in a new shipment but you dont say or even show what you have or will receive And you dont allow anyone to purchase anything even if it has to be an instore pickup What Einstein made that decision Anyone whos shopped at a Rack already already knows what you carry what they like the general prices and the quality Why would anyone want something like your app to tell them only that a stores received a new shipment of a category of items but you dont mention brands show pics or allow purchases From a customer perspective this app is pointless useless annoying worthless and insulting Its coming right off my phone Let me know when you build an app that actually adds value Then I might take a quick look at it and install it once again     Think youre going to build foot traffic

This app claims my store had an item in stock 4 of them in fact but I couldnt find it I took a similar item in a different size and asked the sales associates to help me find it in my size but when they scanned it their mobile says they actually only have 2 in stock with 4 on the way Of course we tried to find those two items but it was nowhere to be found What a waste of time Im deleting this app     Deceiving

So easy to enter the criteria I care about and get notified when the best things show up for me Great app                 Love it

I absolutely LOOOVE this app for shopping in store as well as the just off the truck feature It really makes me feel like I have an insider letting me know when all the goodies are hitting the floor However when Im at home want to shop which I also frequently do I would like there to be a way for me to find out if any store nearby carries it similar to the search send feature but for when youre not instore dont have the item to scan the barcode Or maybe even just adding the barcode to the items description so then that can be inputted as a way to search nearby stores Please consider adding this feature for future updates as it would help immensely D              Love This AppHowever

Im a loyal rack shopper so the scan and search feature on the app is an awesome idea BUT it only shows local stores and not the entire nordstrom rack inventory in the nation Deal breaker        Limited inventory

Overall this app is a great start to what could potentially be a great new thing for the Rack However where it stands there is room for some improvement What would help the most would be a better description of the items When it alerts you it only tells you 5 Kate Spade tops I have no idea what size color style or anything besides the brand Better descriptions would help more to get me to actually come in the store and shop If there could be photos that would be even better I do like where this app is going though and I look forward to future improvements from Norstrom        Could be something great

It doesnt even recognize that theirs a store in Des Moines Iowa The one I go too Needs updated or something I thought this wouldve been really nice Disappointed     Cant even use it

All of a sudden within the last week every time I try to log in I am locked out with a message saying that my network is possibly insecure regardless of whether I use LTE or wifi Ive tried multiple wifi networks leading me to believe its a problem with the app Please fix        Was working fine but

Cant locate any inventory at a specific store The app is unusable and useless Why change something good Please return to previous version     Latest update is awful

This App is pointless Its basically notifying you of their inventory but nothing else that gives you incentive to actually go to the store A successful app would be one we can see images shop from our phones and make purchases This is ridiculous The app is being deleted there is no point for me to look at it Come on Nordstrom get it together     Pointless

This app has potential Wish it included a better description of the items that are coming to the stores Just states the brand and what category it fits in No size color product number or picture Its hard to find an item knowing nothing about the item Its not really helpful for me or the employees        Needs more

Love everything about this app The price scanning feature is amazing I love being able to see if my size is in store or to save it for later and see if it comes in Its terrible for my wallet because I buy so many more things when I know whats available in all the stores instead of what Ive stumbled upon but I can deal with that                 Love this app
