As a real estate broker I find it to be very useful to calculate formulas and ratios You have to have a good understanding of real estate investment or the application may not be as useful to you It doesn t do the work for you so knowledge is required                     This App is Fantastic Indietop20

While this app does provide formulas as advertised it fails to provide any meaningful information for the investor No time periods are specified in the formulas there is no formula for calculating investments in one family rental properties and there are no provisions for variable factors This app is more suitable for grade school students taking business classes where the emphasis is on memorizing particular formulas not applying them to real world conditions     Not for Investors Austin RAD
