Functionalitywise this is the only app that compares to Attendance2 which is a great app that is just a bit too complicated This app is very pleasant looking and gets the job done It needs to allow some very basic things for me to rate it anywhere above a 3 the ability to set absent or blank for an entire class An import option that recognizes data in cells without putting quotation marks around each name Point assignment for present late and custom The ability to change the default present late etc options to include noshow or whatever we want The clean interface is worth the team it takes to figure out which buttons do what Its not so intuitive but it doesnt take too long to get the gist If this app did what Attendance2 does and kept the look and ease that this app so masterfully has Id not only rate it 5stars I wouldve easily paid 10 I realize its tough to reach perfection the first time out I just hope Ive provided you with clear cut solutions to make your great product even better If updated and improved I will update this review Thanks           Great look needs a bit more

Despite saying this app will work on iOS50 or later the app crashes instantly when you try to open it on a device running iOS6     Does not work on iOS6

Im a yoga teacher and any of my students drop into any class The app has a setting to default everyone to absent so that works great for my class situation The app is really attractive and a pleasure to use and the developer is very responsive to questions and to dialog about use and potential program enhancements No more sign in sheets for me which saves my students the hassle of signing in every time they show up and me trying to get the students to sign in and it saves ink and trees I really love the benefit of having student names and pictures together which will be a great help in keeping peoples names straight in my head my classes are at a college with a lot of different students coming all the time The app can export the attendance info to csv files for external analysis I plan to analyze using python and plotly The small cost of this app is far outweighed by the pleasure of using it the benefit to my students and for the ability to analyze the data is captures The only downside I can think of would be the learning curve to start using it but the developer has created text based in app help and videos so just commit some time to learning it and you should be good to go If not send the dev a message and youll likely get an answer very quickly Highly recommended                 Great for yoga classes
