Cant use the app to get or redeem rewards Pointless waste of space Useless

Well the points wont update unless u sign out and then sign in again would be cool if there is more function to use Not very useful app

Theres a Red MangoSmoothie Factory next to where I work and Im there nearly every day for a smoothie using my Red Mango app and I never see any updates to my rewards or points or whatever Like I just have zero points and Im seriously there every day Just seems pointless and waste of time looking up my cell if its not going to do anything for me Love Red Mango though Doesnt work period

This app would be cool if it were accurate Went to a red mango store and it did not update my visits or points However it used my coupon for 2 off Not cool App needs updates

Great to keep track of your rewards and to see which locations are near you Not so great on keeping tabs of which store has what flavors I was mislead twice by what the app referenced vs what the store offered Good but not great

So I got the new app and Im not impressed at all I see my card but not able to use it to scan Probably going to uninstall this app from my phone So how do I see my card

New store locations show up on the red mango website but not in the app There should be better functionality so that account number can be scanned in at the register instead of having the cashier type in the number Quite a few employees dont know how to give points with purchase Need Updates

I was lucky enough to discover Red Mango this past weekend and from that I learned of this app Because I have the app I no longer need to carry around the physical card to earn points towards frozen yogurt It is handy to see the local stores flavors but as they say garbage in garbage out it turned out the local store hadnt updated the site lately so it had reported the incorrect flavors A suggestion for a future upgrade Besides showing the flavors show which ones are on the same machine and therefore may be swirled together Good app great frozen yogurt
