I have sinus tachycardia and this is a wonderful accurate app that can keep track of my morning resting heart rate as I can t tolerate medication to slow my heart rate down I ve tested my pulse on here and then with a timer as I feel my pulse and it s the same every time I highly recommend this                     Love it Liplopflop99
