Every time I try to submit a request it gives me an error unable to submit new request Every single time I have reinstalled the app multiple times and get the same error What a waste of my time     Never works annoyed in riverside

This app worked fairly well for about a month Then in the past 2 weeks are started getting push notifications that were just straight code I took screen grabs and then went on a scavenger hunt trying to find how to contact the developer Couldn t find it so I sent an email to the City of Riverside s web developer I got no response from them Fix the app     Web developer needs to Fix the app amitiel

What a crappy app not sure what s worse Calling Riverside City Services or this app My biggest complaint is that now you have to put in a address that is confirmed in the app But if the many things that you need to report don t have actual mailing addresses Like a leaking valve in the sidewalk Had a similar problem on their website Better luck calling them if you have the 10 minutes to wait to reach someone Dump this piece of crap and bring back the old one     Terrible app Ratskiller

It states that you need to logout and log back in then suggest re uploading when that does not fix the issue This is every time you try to use it Then after following instructions it still does not process request I Have not received replies using the email option so no idea if that works either                     Worst app ever just save some time and call it in Bigjimclctshcky

I used this app a lot and it worked great All it needed was an abandoned shopping cart selection But ever since I installed the upgrade in Jan it doesn t work anymore It launches but after you take the photo it just closes no email I tried to call the city but their tech support person wouldn t talk to me just told the call center girl to call my service provider None of my other apps have issues So if you have an old phone don t upgrade     Doesn t work since upgrade Ole iphone3

The app works great It sends the info to the city the city acknowledges it and then nothing happens Still waiting to see if the city replaces the missing valve cover that was reported before Thanksgiving or sends out the graffiti removal people to Sycamore Canyon reported last fall Love the concept wish there was more follow through I d give the app itself 5 stars the city s lack of response knocks it down to a 3             Where s the follow through Shoppingmuse

Update to previous review Note if you had the old version that gave you problem and you downloaded the update this is what will happen You will go to the camera hit cancel and you will go to the home page The way the new App works you will hit Connect and you will go to the Camera again This is so you can take your picture as quick as possible of that homeless person or the trash on the ground without any delay The next step after you take your photo you click on Use Then you will be taken to choose what problem you are reporting Choose the problem and write out the issue details and send your report out You only go through the restart problem once I went through this and now the App starts in the proper place with the home page and Connect button I now give this 5 stars It now works like the older version did It work with new information categories to submit issues to the city I am glad it works Respectfully Eric                     It now works BigDaddyCrimeFighter
