iOS 11 app is gone and no way back SW fix it and web Helpdesk needs an update too 1995 called and wants their app back     Used to be usable until I updated GR8GTP

I preferred the previous versions The keyboard and controls are now eating up valuable screen space where I previously could see the entire 80x24 while typing which is very important to me though this might not be an issue to others The whole interface just feels like it has taken a step backwards when nothing really needed to be changed Also in the last two or three versions the Ctrl key seems glitchy I can see it turn blue under my finger tip but it often as not fails to send the command I would re rate back to 4 of the Ctrl key were fixed and 5 if the screen keyboard tools were changed back to a couple of versions ago Thanks             Best I ve tried so far Camaro Nerd

Works as advertised on multiple platforms It could be a little faster in places system info etc but some of those things have nothing to do with the app itself Very easy way to do quick admin tasks                     Excellent product Chip Andrews

I ve been out to dinner and was able to remotely fix problems at work from my iPhone on two separate occasions using ssh once and rdp the other time I didn t have to head home and that made my wife happy which makes me happy                     Very useful Meltivore

I m using this app on my iPhone 4S and every time I use the SSH I can t figure out how to hit the enter send button I tried tilting the phone sideways and it still doesn t give me the option Help please cause I can t do anything yet         Can t figure out send enter Shirlz1

Has saved me from having to drive 11 miles back to my house to work I have gotten emails at 2am to fix something remotely and was able to fix it without getting out of bed Lazy American right here Also I have worked remotely from this app while traveling passenger in a car and it worked flawlessly Only thing I haven t figured out is right clicking in an RDP session It has a button for it but either I m doing something wrong or it doesn t work Overall this is a great app that I use when my laptop or desktop is not available                     Good RDP and SSH Herrmzh

I have been trying to find a good RDP app for doing minor remote control of my servers The name Solarwinds I was familiar with and thought it might be best Downloaded and installed and tested a connection to one of my servers Connection always fails With other apps working on first try puts this one as the worst I have downloaded so far I will not continue testing further     Didn t work for RDP session Heritage02Rider

Pretty pretty good app for admin I use primarily for remote admin of unix servers works fine My tasks are pretty simple I suspect since I m not a professional sysadmin but I ve certainly found this app to be adequate to the job Five stars because it has all of the functionality I need and i haven t encountered any bugs yet                     Works fine Admin32

Navigating through the app is extremely slow Even the browser version is very limited when it comes to what you can setup automatically from Orion It requires a lot of manual configuration to add what you want I was expecting more integration with the web version         Useless App rgarcia1801

This works OK for SSH given a touchscreen interface But when I use a Logitech bluetooth keyboard it does not recognize CTRL keys so I have to tap the onscreen key lock So it is wonderful to have a free app that provides access to Windows Linux FreeBSD systems but better keyboard support would make it seamless     SSH connects fine but needs keyboard support null-unit

Best app out there I paid for another and it s not as functional as this one Well done does exactly what it says it should do                     Wish I found this First Rarely Report
