Love how that you can customize the run walk settings Very easy to use and it is much better than other apps such as Couch 2 5K Let s you set your own time for running walking Sometimes simplicity is the best thing you can ask for Again I ll say that is very easy to use and hassle free Sorry about the post before me sometimes people can t appreciate the effort it takes to create an app and distribute it to the public Time and effort were taken up by the writer for this app If they ask for 2 or more bucks it s worth it                     Definitely a must for beginner to advance runners Andrew Frudden

Don t make the same mistake as me and pay for this app App is very basic and lacking features for price There is no option to add in a timed warm up or cool down There is also no option to specify the number of intervals or total time you d like the timer to run so essentially it just keeps going until you manually end it I should have done my research and quite frankly searched differently on iTunes Found another FREE app which has all this functionality plus some         Too basic for price Melw18

I bought this app for run walk timing It does the job great has preset interval options but is also easy to customize Has separate alert sounds for each interval segment Doesn t have a bunch of bells whistles which I appreciate It s simple intuitive so I can just run                     Nice simple works great Probodyworker
