This app does what it is supposed to but since I have a series 3 watch I no longer bring my phone with me to run The timer function is great as I use the Galloway method and hate constantly having to look at my time but my mileage and pace were never shown on the app You also cannot run another tracking app simultaneously to gain that info If you don t care about you pace and or distance this is a great tool but I personally like to keep tabs on how far and how fast I m going             Works however Flgrl0821

This was exactly what I was looking for almost I wanted an interval timer that would notify me of the next run walk period through taptics without having to look at my watch continually That works great However my pace and mileage stayed at 0 for my whole run I m not sure if the intent is to keep your phone with you during the workout but that defeats the purpose Has a ton of potential for Galloway runners but still comes up a bit short             Great app needs functionality keeperofthefort

The only thing missing for perfection would be if it could send the chimes mixed with music to connected headphones I bet it s a limitation of the watch because I haven t found an app that does this Thanks                     Works great as advertised Alric
