Use this app to play samples and click tracks during band performances I wish that 1 it had larger text on the tiles or 2 it would allow me to assign an image to each tile As it is the font is too small to read                 Not for Old Eyes Forbeasy

Works fine for my minimal needs but there s practically no documentation and no support at all How does midi learn work What midi signals does the app respond to Does it support background audio Does work with my iRig Blueboard but the Blueboard only sends CC and PC commands You need to use something like Midibridge to translate those to midi note on commands SAMPL doesn t seem to respond to note off             Functions but sparse documentation and no support Ulynch

This sample pad is the IDEAL app for anyone with a podcast I spent over 100 on a name brand sample pad from a well known retailer and it wasn t working correctly I needed the samples for a broadcast so I glanced on the App Store to see what was there I discovered this diamond in the rough It is my new sample pad Thank you thank you thank you                     Perfect Dino Gator

After I finally got all of the hoops figured out for loading my own samples into the app I ve discovered that even though there are lots of empty pads on my screen I can only load ONE sample onto ONE pad at a time Any attempt at loading more than ONE sample causes this app to crash Frustration would be the name of this app if I had my say Also cannot name the pad set even though there is a title bar above the pads And while I m whining there is positively NO WAY that I could load sounds via iTunes NOPE DOES NOT LOAD SOUNDS VIA iTUNES Luckily I managed to get the WiFi Bonjour link to work after digging through all of the various Sharing options and screens on both my iPod Touch and my laptop A LITTLE MORE DOCUMENTATION MIGHT HELP HELLO HELLO EWERK Anybody there hello anybody Other than that this app rocks I give it a collapsing star as in a BLACK HOLE that just sucked up a bunch of my time for nothing Hey EWERK anybody home Tech support PDF instructions A CLUE Anybody Home     Crash crash crash Nick Namis Taken

I m gonna use this for running tracks in a worship service and love that I can trigger it with a midi footswitch However It crashes if I load more than 4 song wav files If this can get fixed I ll promote the snot out of this app It s pretty much the only one I ve found with this capability and there is a huge community out there just waiting for something like this One last suggestion put a global stop button that can be assigned to a midi control That way multiple samples can be played and then stopped at once example a drum loop with an ambiant pad over the top and then stopping both with a single button on a midi foot controller Please help with adding more than 4 songs and I ll sing your praises on my blog and facebook and anywhere else I can find             Almost a home run Help Nic_Cookie_17

I ll give this app 5 stars when they take into consideration my ideas or recommendations into implementing these important features As a DJ using this app I m making suggestions to put this app on top of others on behalf of other DJs Once we have those features the developer can charge from 2 99 to 4 99 for the app or accept donation because I will reward them for the hard work 1 We re missing three play modes which is Hold Loop and Trigger Hold mode will allow us to hold the pad for the sample to play Loop mode will play continuously until we hit the pad again Trigger mode will allow us to restart the sample causing a stutter effect every time we hit the pad Those features are available in Serato Scratch Live SP6 sampler 2 We also need a Reassign button that allows us to rearrange the samples by dragging and dropping 3 We also need 4 banks with individual custom title for each set 4 We also need a save set and Library button that allows us to save a set and recall later             More features DJ Shiny

I can t figure out how to upload my own sounds in the new version i never had a problem with the old one Support for this app is non existant If you got rid of user uploading in this version then this app is completely worthless if it is possible it is the best sampler app out there please tell me how     help drkrhrs

Minimal and cool but you can not save a pad layout So when trying to play some beats you end up spending a lot of time reloading your samples into place changing from one song to the next is therefore not possible must reload all the pads with new samples one by one Also midi is a must I would pay for these updates because it would make this app a great performance tool instead of a fun app to play with             Cool needs two more features Henry_Churches
